It’s amazing Judges have more power than the President , LOL
To: SoFloFreeper
IIRC, there's a 6 month "discussion" on transgender and what they're going to do and no final command has taken place on the matter.
So this judge's ruling is premature and worthless.
I might be wrong...I'll try to backtrack and find something in black and white.

when judges get overturned for going beyond what their role is, they should be removed from the court.

Trump should ignore this ruling.

The President is the CIC. Ignore this court and judge.

Thanks. Must be I’ve viewed all my allowed articles for the month at the NY Slimes, so they won’t let me read it. The article comes up, but they block it with a new window featuring subscription offers that can’t be closed.

The court has no proper jurisdiction over this. Ruling will be overturned imho

Courts are not in charge of the armed forces or immigration policy, social policy, bakeries, religious worship, shape of congressional districts . . . but they are, and that's just fine with congress.

Every activist judge who makes a ruling outside the scope of his legitimate powers should be impeached and removed from office.
Each nonsense ruling must be appealed, to the Supreme Court if necessary. We cannot have the precedent that lower judges override the President of the United States on military and national security decisions.

Commander in Chief.
Not Judge in Chief.
President Trump can say no.
