International news agency Reuters was mocked on social media Wednesday after it referred to anti-Trump protesters as "peace activists" in its reporting of President Trump's rally in Phoenix on Tuesday night.
Four people were arrested for throwing rocks and bottles at police officers after Trump concluded his speech Tuesday night at the Phoenix Convention Center, according to Phoenix's ABC affiliate.
Officers responded with pepper balls, pepper spray and gas.
"Pro-Trump supporters face off with peace activists during protests outside a Trump rally in Phoenix," read a tweet, that was later corrected, by Reuters to its 18.5 million followers.
Conservative Twitter users quickly pounced on Reuters application of "peace activists."

Not possible. NPR said this morning that no rocks or bottles were thrown. They specifically pointed out that there was absolutely no evidence of anything being thrown.
On the bright side, that moron may not be able to procreate anymore - which would actually be good for the human race.
Democrat activists wearing hoodies and masks - where have we seen that before... hmmm...
The only thing that’ll get them to be even remotely decent in their reporting is to ban a few of them from any administration access for at least a year. And publicly announce why it’s happening.
Start with CNN and Reuters and play it by ear from there.

“Peace activists” have been acting like intolerant fascists for years. I was punched in the face and got my glasses broken by a “peace protester” many years ago. Of course, his fellow activists said it was my fault because I held a sign supporting our troops and deserved it-a 50 year old, 120 pound female. Yeah, they have been acting like that for years only now even the media and most gems are making them out as some kind of heroes instead of the bullies they are.
