Google canceled a companywide meeting about diversity just before it was set to begin Thursday, saying right-wing websites published the names of employees who had proposed questions, raising security concerns.
Google Chief Executive Sundar Pichai said in an email to employees that the company decided to cancel the highly anticipated meeting after employees expressed concerns about their safety and worried they may be outed publicly for asking a question in the Town Hall.
Mr. Pichai had scheduled the meeting in the wake of his firing this week of software engineer James Damore, who wrote and distributed a memo that argued biological differences between men and women explain the gender gap among tech workers. Mr. Pichai said the company would find other ways to gather and engage employees on the subject in the coming days.
Googles firing of Mr. Damore has sparked a nationwide debate, and fueled discussion inside the company over its diversity program and its openness to conservative viewpoints.

That’s so gay...
No Diversity FOR YOU!
A fence is such a difficult thing to ride.
Like the French and Russian revolutions, the American social justice warrior revolution is already eating itself. ‘J’accuse’ is the end, when reliable SJWs are destroyed. It’s fine with me. Devour yourselves.
"I certainly couldn't assign any women to deal with this, a good number of the people you might have to work with may simply punch you in the face,"
By the way, has anyone made a Hitler-in-the-bunker YouTube about Google discovering Damore's manifesto yet?
The guy they fired joined Twitter a few hours ago. Cernovich directed people to him and he zoomed to 13,000 followers in that short amount of time.

My diversity allows for these pussys to STFU about their triggers.
It's a hornets nest!
Bullcrap!
They cancelled the meeting because the cat is out of the bag, and their control of the message has been compromised.
Die-ver-s(p)itty is nothing more than an aggravated form of affirmative actions.
My God....GOOGLE IS CLAIMING VICTIM STATUS!
“Victim status” is the modern day “last refuge of a scoundrel”.
LOL. What BS. Who would dare ask a question in such a forum knowing the last guy that spoke up got sh*tcanned.
Google taking the passive aggressive fetal position...
Scrooge can go to hell. I will do everything I can to avoid using their products.
Google is damned if they they do, and damned if they don’t.
They have 60 female employees mounting a lawsuit against Google for not paying women enough (for their tastes) on the one hand, and objective reality about merit and availability on the other hand.
The Democrats have David Brock’s front groups, among others, pressuring Google and other big Internet firms into becoming ever increasingly their PC censors and thought police, while it could be death to their brand if people start to see them as doing that.
Also, Google stays on top partly by owning the best brainpower money can buy, with each year’s graduating class. Those folks can find other jobs if they get turned off to Google.
Google’s motto used to be “Don’t be evil”, and they charged their employees with noble sounding missions to “Make information free.” Nowadays they are rolling over to censor results for the Chinese Communist Party, open ways for the Communist Secret Police to automate tracking individuals every utterance, and to increasingly skew and misrepresent public opinion in the rest of the world for (leftist) political purposes as well.
