WASHINGTON — President Trump said Wednesday morning, July 26th in a series of tweets that transgender people will not be allowed to serve ‘in any capacity’ in the US military.

Transgenderism is a matter of choice by the individual who wishes to mutilate their body due to a mental condition. The military should not be an enabler. Moreover, it is just another irritant to good order and discipline. The mission of military is to fight and win wars. It is not a laboratory for social experiments.
Tough choice politically by Trump and the right decision.
They are the ones who deserve some compassion and whatever help can be rendered.

No judge - not even the SCOTUS - has any jurisdiction in this matter. The President of the United States is exclusively the Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States - and his word on all matters military is Law. Period.
When I joined, you had to answer the question whether you were a homosexual or not. If you answered in the affirmative, you were denied entry.
Not really. Before Clinton the military asked before entry if you were a pervert. If you were you weren't allowed in. If you lied and they found out later you were a pervert, you were thrown out. That policy can be summarized as "if you're a pervert you're out.
Clinton's rule forbid the military from asking and the pervert was not required to confess, but if it came to light they could be thrown out. If they kept their mouth shut and didn't get caught they could stay, thus the nickname, "Don't ask, don't tell".

I have a friend who has a PhD in Developmental Psychology. She said the designation was changed to ‘a variation on normal’ in the 70’s. I asked her what was ‘normal’ about homosexuality. She couldn’t answer. I told her that the anus was not designed to accept an erect penis. It tears, unlike the vagina, which was designed to withstand ‘stress’. No answer again. The Psychiatric/psychological community was the first to crumble in the face of political correctness. That has been a detriment to the collective mental well-being of our populace.

“Transexuality”, like homosexuality, is a mental disorder.
All humans receive their God given DNA in their mother’s womb including either XX or XY chromosomes. No human intervention can ever change those chromosomes.
Someone born with XX and believes they have XY (and vice-versa) is in denial and exhibiting a mental disorder.
Interesting is the doctors ‘who created sex reassignment’ surgery concluded it doesn’t work and stopped doing the procedure.
They invented it as a last ditch effort to treat GD, as it is resistant to traditional psychotherapy... Short term results were positive, so they thought it worked. But after following patients long-term, they realized those results were temporary and that sex reassignment surgery was not an appropriate treatment......... Unfortunately, the procedure was by then ‘out there’ and many other doctors now willing to perform it, so it continues.
Mutilation doesn’t cure the disorder. It only hides it.
Thank You, God! We need a strong military.
