I think we’d ALL be happy if it didn’t get any hotter this summer. LOL! Especially those who are sweltering in the west. Dang, it’s been hot there!

Get a good night’s sleep so there’s no head-bonking on the pew tomorrow morning. :-)

Not exactly relaxing - we went to two parties this evening - the first one with my Hibernian Brothers, the second with Mrs. MacNessa's colleagues from work. We won't have to eat again until Wednesday.

Well drat. Had to water after all, huh? What a drag.
It’s warmed up pretty nicely up there. Probably feels hot to y’all but 70 is a comfy temp to us. LOL!

We need to dry out. The ground is still squishy from the two days of rain we had.

Squishy is better than brittle, right???

Yes, it is. LOL! This time last year everything was turning yellow and brown due to lack of rain. We’ll take squishy over that ANY day.

It’s so strange to see the sun shining brightly up there at almost 11 p.m. Must be hard to sleep when it’s so bright outside at bedtime. Black-out curtains must be a “must” there.

Ugh! I can’t imagine it being that hot there. I always think of Oregon as a nice cool state!

It’s cooler right now so we’re enjoying it till the mercury rises again. LOL!

All is well here on this beautiful Sunday morning! It’s waaaay too early for me, but I do have one eye open so far. :)

Hope you and Bo had a fun day yesterday! Did he find any turtles or other critters?

No no turtles but we did find some people camping out there and in boats and out on the golf course.

BTW, did you ever lose power at the house this morning? I was looking at Oncor this morning and I saw where a portion of Odessa last power this morning due to equipment failure.
