Hey radu!
Yeah it's been hot but 2 years ago we had 20 days of 100+ here. It's funny, June is really hot and the rest of the summer is somewhat cooler. Not real cooler but not that much heat so consecutively.
My boy just left awhile ago; just mellowing out with the A/C humming.
'Sup your way?

We’ve had a few summers with many 100+ degree days and are overdue for one, to be honest. Not in any hurry for it though! They are NOT fun!
Not much left of June so maybe this will be the last hurrah for the heat up there. You’re probably all ready for a break.
Didn’t do much today other than putter around the house. The one big accomplishment was giving Pandy a much-needed bath. She’s our funny little Persian and is a “smash-faced” one. She doesn’t do the best job grooming herself and being solid white, it shows. So she gets a bath every now and then. She’s good about it, at least, I guess because she knows she’ll get to go outside on the leash for a little while.

Howdy, LUV!
It was a good day. And the temps were quite nice due to the cold front that moved through last night. Going to be nice the next 5 days or so, too, with no rain. Yay for that!
How are things down your way? Any cool-off yet?

Oh, yes! After the storm that roared through last night...with all the damage going somewhere else for a change, it never got up to 90 today that I could see. It was NICE!
The kitties didn’t want out though. I think they thought I was lying when I said it was cooler. LOL!

Hi Everybody!
((((HUGS))))
Rode Blue out to the end of Hough’s Neck (extends into Quincy Harbor, near the Boston Harbor islands) to hear my sister’s duo play in a little pub...had some scallops, crab cakes, and mussels, and got to play a few songs as well.

I’m SO glad the storm missed y’all last night. I know y’all are too! If it didn’t make it to the 90s today, that was a NICE cool-down. Sure would be nice if it stuck around.
Kittehs played it safe. LOL!

The stage was very small, so I didn’t dance around with the guitar like I usually do.

"I VOW TO THEE, my country, all earthly things above, Entire and whole and perfect, the service of my love; The love that asks no question, the love that stands the test, That lays upon the altar the dearest and the best; The love that never falters, the love that pays the price, The love that makes undaunted the final sacrifice.
And there's another country, I've heard of long ago, Most dear to them that love her, most great to them that know; We may not count her armies, we may not see her King; Her fortress is a faithful heart, her pride is suffering; And soul by soul and silently her shining bounds increase, And her ways are ways of gentleness, and all her paths are peace."

If it never got any hotter this summer, I’d be a happy camper. Howver, we have 3 more months of hot weather to go before it actually stays cooler. Oh, the joy!
Guess I’ll actually head out now. I watched a show and just had to peek in one more time!
See ya tomorrow! Lord willin’ and th’ creek don’t rise! :)
