Some of the biggest blows to the progressive cause in the past year have often been due to the votes of white men. If white men were not allowed to vote, it is unlikely that the United Kingdom would be leaving the European Union, it is unlikely that Donald Trump would now be the President of the United States, and it is unlikely that the Democratic Alliance would now be governing four of South Africa's biggest cities.
If white men no longer had the vote, the progressive cause would be strengthened. It would not be necessary to deny white men indefinitely – the denial of the vote to white men for 20 years (just less than a generation) would go some way to seeing a decline in the influence of reactionary and neo-liberal ideology in the world. The influence of reckless white males were one of the primary reasons that led to the Great Recession which began in 2008. This would also strike a blow against toxic white masculinity, one that is long needed.

M’am, it’s not that we’re white, it’s not that we’re men, it’s that we adhere to “the Puritan work ethic”. Eliminating “white men” from your path will not reap you the “progress” you seek, as there will be insufficient wealth (which is transient & fragile) to redistribute.
There’s a reason the Mensheviks (a minority branch of Russia’s Bolsheviks) insisted on waiting for the capitalists to build up a sufficient excess of wealth _before_ confiscating it. Without it, there is no “progressivism” as there is no mechanism for progress.
To the contrary: you could indeed “deny white men the franchise”, and aside from the violent resistance it would spark (see prior posts), we of the Puritan Work Ethic (has nothing to do with “white” or “men”, but for the correlation of memes with genes) will simply move on to un/under-developed land and rebuild again. Let me clarify: we who HuffPo demonize & disparage RELISH the idea of relocating to barren wilderness, putting hand to stone & plow, and creating riches & luxury out of the dust of the earth and the rain that falls thereon. We care not what color you are, we adore unto revere women who share the Ethic, we care only that each gives as much effort as s/he can and reaps the contracted earnings accordingly.

I don't know about that, but what I do know is that it's definitely time to end women's suffrage. I hate to see anyone suffer, especially women. Hasn't women's suffrage gone on long enough?
Look at how racist democrats are today...just as bad as in the past only now their racism is against whites instead of blacks. I guess that is progress in the liberal lunatic world....
