I called him back to tell him I just can’t go to lunch.

I couldn’t eat a wonderful lobster now or eat anything.

I said we can try for “dinner.”

Well, I guess you answered my question. Knowing how he left us now hurts even more.

I’m so distraught over this. Tom was a real buddy to me. Someone I connected with in real life. I can’t talk anymore.

You got to know two of the best people ever and now they’re gone from this earth.
