California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye on Thursday told federal immigration officials to stop stalking undocumented immigrants at California courthouses.
Cantil-Sakauye said she was deeply concerned that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are apparently seeking out undocumented immigrants for deportation at courthouses and courtrooms from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

“The judge in Hawaii met with Obama.”
Conjecture. Lou Dobs hypothesized this on his show yesterday.
Agreed.
On what authority (besides being liberal) does a state court tell a Federal law enforcement what they can and can not do?
“I think that if someone would check, she has absolutely zero authority to order ICE to do anything.”
Anyone who wants an ABCCBSCNNFOXMSNBC/AP headline these days only has to talk down to President Trump or badmouth America.
Kind of a Catch-22 for II’s. Gotta go to the courthouse, but can’t go to the courthouse ‘cause ICE is there. But gotta go to the courthouse.
Well, California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye, how about you tell the damned California cities to abandon their illegal sanctuary cities policies, and we won’t need to?
Actually they are illegal aliens (criminal trespassers).
If CA’s chief justice is unhappy with ICE nabning illegal aliens at CA courthouses, she needs to convince the CA lawmakers to make such behavior illegal. The cratnifornians have a supermajority in suckramento, should be easy for them to pass such a law.
ICE needs to do their job. Finding illegals at the courthouse facing charges, hearings, etc. for their illegal activities, seems the best place to find them to round them up and deport them. Like shooting fish in a barrel. Problems solved.
Except the lawyers won't get paid for coddling these illegals and that's why they're screaming the loudest. Many make their livelihood representing illegals. Time to find another clientele and prey on someone else.
They are doing just that:
Californias sanctuary state bill clears hurdle, moves to Senate
With minor changes to win over moderates, a polarizing California bill to keep Californias law enforcement agencies from cooperating with federal immigration agents cleared a key hurdle Monday and will head to the full Senate for a vote.
Senate Bill 54 is perhaps the Legislatures highest-profile act of defiance against the Trump administration, which is seeking to enlist the help of local police to carry out its promised crackdown on illegal immigration. The proposal would prohibit local and state agencies from using state resources to communicate with federal agents, with a few exceptions such as task forces involving federal and local agencies.
It will be an act of cosmic justice when some illegal alien physically assaults this chief justice simply because she is an American, albeit a #FakeAmerican.
When it happens, she better put some ICE on it.
Heh. By acting before the law is passed, this female judge is shooting her wad prematurely.
.
It would be juicier, if #44 had played a round of golf or had gone body surfing with the judge.
Don't fall prey to using terms defined by the left.
They are neither undocumented immigrants, nor are they illegal immigrants. They are illegal aliens, as defined under U.S. immigration laws.
An immigrant is someone who's gone through the legal process to become either a resident alien or a naturalized citizen.
Someone who is here in the U.S. without going through the immigration process is an illegal alien.
What is a Tani Cantil-Sakauye?
Sounds illegal.
She is not the boss of them!
She should wake up tomorrow morning as an inmate at Gitmo.
Quit stalking immigrants at California courthouses, chief justice tells ICE
This is a perfect explanation of what is wrong with our legal (can’t call it a justice system anymore) system. Far too infested with these SJW,s that cannot read nor understand the law they are supposed to uphold.
