California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye on Thursday told federal immigration officials to stop “stalking undocumented immigrants” at California courthouses.
Cantil-Sakauye said she was “deeply concerned” that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are apparently seeking out undocumented immigrants for deportation at courthouses and courtrooms from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

That's jut it. They are not equal. They are illegal immigrants. Also as a citizen the only reason for me to go to the local courthouse has been to serve on jury duty. In that these illegal aliens are there is an indication that they have run afoul of some other laws.

Hm. Maybe they should also “stalk” the courtroom of the Hawaii judge who met with Obama and then ruled against the ban. :-)

I think that if someone would check, she has absolutely zero authority to order ICE to do anything.

She/it has no authority over FEDERAL agents. She/it could be arrested and charged with impeding a federal agent in their work under FEDERAL LAW. She knows this.....................

Seems we have a general over-respect and over-tolerance of judges.
They’re imperfect sinners like all others, and in many cases worse than average. They are often affected negatively by their power and connections and status. And they all were lawyers first.
Way past time to put judges in their place.
This broad changed her name when she got he law degree. Changed it from Tani Cantil-Sakauye to Sakahooey as that is what she peddles from the bench.
Yeah, but in this case there just are not that many courthouses.
