Do NOT under any circumstances endorse or sign RYANcare. RYANcare will immediately become TRUMPcare and that will destroy your credibility and your presidency.
Ryan and the globalist big government GOPe hates you and what you ran on just as much as the democrats and the media. The day you sign TRUMPcare, you own it and they own you. You will be the GOPe's prison bitch. You will also lose your support base and then your tax plan and other trade and economic plans go up in smoke.
Do not settle for anything less than full and complete repeal. If you can't get that from congress, then veto whatever they send up (rinse and repeat as necessary) and if they fail eventually to send up a clean repeal bill then sign nothing and let Obamacare implode on its own.
The crap about 60 votes is crap indeed. They control the senate and the rules. No excuses! This is totally in Republican hands.
If they override your veto, then they own the disaster that follows and you will still have your credibility and your support base. And we are prepared to fight these evil socialist bastards until hell freezes over if necessary.
What happens to the millions of poor people if they lose their health insurance? Well, how did they manage to get health care before Obama? What happened to the millions of people who lost their health care when Obamacare was installed? What happened to the millions who lost their jobs due to Obamacare? What's happening to our economy and our national debt as a result of socialist programs? What happens to our people when the government finally goes bust?
Look, the media, the democrats, the GOPe, the globalists, the corporatists, the crony capitalists, the socialists, the illegals, the Mohammedists, etc, are all going to hate you no matter what you do. Do not under any circumstances blink, retreat or cave-in to their socialist demands. That would be the end of your moral authority and the resulting continuation of unchecked big government will lead to the ultimate collapse of our economy.
Worst case, if the current socialist government/crony capitalist corporate healthcare insurance industry implodes, we will still survive as a free nation and free people. We have faith in God, our constitution, our free markets and our ability to overcome major obstacles. We shall overcome and persevere.
If we slay the federal behemoth and get back to free markets, we will find that government costs will come down, the economy will soar, healthcare costs will come down, federal tax rates can come down, and as more companies are profiting and more people are working, federal and state tax receipts will actually increase. And truly destitute people who cannot provide for themselves can be supported by local and state programs as intended.
Hold the line. America will love you for it in the long run.
Reality. Sorry, we are not going back to 1964 and healthcare. We have to work with the, here and now. This plan may very well damage Trump, but if it fails, his Presidency ends, as does his and our agenda. And if that happens, mark my words, we will have fewer numbers in 2018. Republicans now own the healthcare system, their in power, they see it failing, and should be blamed if not at least taking a best shot at fixing it. Uncomfortable reality, for those of us who believe government involvement in healthcare has created this mess, but its now a multi generational voter thing and that aint gonna change. Trump and we need the best deal we can get. Take it, and the win. It may not be the blowout we hope for, but the seasons over if we get no plan. Live to fight another day. Any other position is ,”yeah”, fighting for the other team.
I agree completely Jim. Do it right or don’t do it at all. The revised ACA version is a turd sandwich and should be scrapped along with the original. If the pols can’t get there act together the whole health insurance industry should be scrapped and outlawed.

yep!!! It was at 1am !! About scared my sister who is 85, to death. They have a mail slot where mail comes directy into the house. She was up in the kitchen getting some water when she saw a flashlight and the slot open and mail dropped in!!! She went to a window and saw the mail truck at the next house! We often get our mail delivered way PAST DARK... 9ish or 10pm. It's a SHAME!!

Yep, Paul Ryan is full of it. There is no public support for the bill, and the democrat congress-critters oppose it as well.
My main concern is Trump keeping enough juice for tax cuts and not losing a lot of support over this fiasco.
Another thing to consider is logistical — to muck through a progressive monstrosity like Obamacare and still keep some kind of safety net for the poor requires an ARMY of lawyers.
Trump’s legal team — the DOJ — was on hold all the time that Sessions was on hold. And even as late as Friday it was riddled with Obama-ites. Without the DOJ Trump has been incapable of digging deep into healthcare reform.
Once again I point out that this was Ryan’s schedule. Keeping Trump blinded on the legal side all this time and then suddenly a healthcare blitz? Only accomodates the Establishment’s healthcare agenda.
I wish Trump had been less enthusiastic about it and frankly admitted that he needed a legal team to research it properly.

That is what people are comfortable with now — it’s how our students have been indoctrinated for over half a century.
Time for a reality check. We are in trench warfare over socialism, but the good news is we are gaining ground.

Repeal and forget replace, the old capitalist way worked before obamacare and was much less expensive and also helped create jobs by not overtaxing small business owners whose largest payment per employee is for obamacare taxes. Ryan rino care is almost the same and shifts the mandate cost to an health insurance fine for not having insurance at a 30% cost, worse maybe than the mandate. The Conservative Caucus needs to make this repeal work or else just drop it and let obamacare crash once for all and leave the dems legacy a wreak, a viable alternative I think.
This is all I want:
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (commonly known as “Obamacare”) is hereby repealed.
Congress shall have the power to enforce this repeal by appropriate legislation.
AFTER that is passed and signed into law, they are free to DISCUSS any potential GOP “alternatives” and other health care legislation (and again, my preference would be to replace it with NOTHING)

Heard a good idea on Fox news by a conservative, let the house cut up the bill into parts and vote each one by one so that the evil parts can go away and never come back. Ryan care would be a disaster to the GOP as obamacare is a scourge to the democrat party and was created for illegal aliens and welfare people. I’d say some 30,000,000 + Americans who receive free health care that taxpayers pay for in the Rino Ryan and obamacare plans. The people who like obamacare are health providers who overcharge and the illegal aliens and the welfare recipient peoples who do not want to work hard at all.
Can you sell that to Susan Collins and her RINO buddies?
