The paid protesters can't take all the seats, but that, too can be dealt with.
Set up the seating arrangement in the shape of a square, but when all the seats are filled, move the podium and related accouterments ninety degrees and ask each attendee to turn their seat also 90 degrees.

Unfortunately a lot of conservatives think that just because we won in 2016, the protesting should come to a halt. We need to make our voices heard to both the Democrats and to GOPe pols. And stop whining about fake protesters because they are not fake.
Someone should announce a Town hall and then “get sick” and present the constituents with a movie as a concession. I would choose the D’Souza film about Hillary.
