College Professors Organize National ‘Teach-In’ to Challenge ‘Trumpism’

Some 25 colleges and universities – many of them public – have answered a call by professors at UCLA to use their regular class time to “teach, organize, and resist” what they view as the discriminatory political agenda of President-elect Donald Trump.

Slated for Wednesday, January 18, the teach-in, dubbed #J18, is taking place between the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday and Trump’s inauguration. The event’s planners say:

Let it be known that on #J18 and beyond, universities, colleges, and high schools refused to bear silent witness to the politics of hate and fear; that in these times, these places of teaching and learning not only served as a sanctuary for its students and workers but also stood up to proclaim the power of knowledge on the frontlines of social justice.

I hope he cleans out the high schools as well.

When I see high-school kids marching over issues, I see minors being manipulated big-time.

If these little 'snowflakes' are having conniption fits about high tuition rates driving up their student loan burden perhaps they should demand that the administration lower the professors salaries as they are no longer serving as educators. Maybe they could also arrange lower tuition rates since their professors are no longer holding classes.

Yep. We are in a fight to the death for the preservation of the American Republic, and that is why every patriotic American should either disdainfully shun or vigorously oppose every Leftist with whom he or she is acquainted. To do otherwise is to willingly consort with a dangerous enemy. One must come to the realization that the present political division in America is not some sort of a game but an ideological cold war over the political and cultural future of our country.
