There’s a lot of there there...
“For example, arent the cost of free plane rides considered as income?”
Indeed, and CGI covers a LOT of travel expenses for the Clintons, more than just this one plane ride mentioned in the document.
Another thing finally explained in this email that was only hinted at in previous dumps is the issue of “comped passes/memberships” to CGI. This seemed to be the primary issue that led to them doing an internal “corporate review” of the CGI (what they called it instead of an “audit”, because “audit” sounded like they did something wrong). Apparently Doug and one of his cronies were handing out free CGI memberships (or free passes to the big CGI yearly event) and the corporate review advised setting up some guidelines about who could hand those out and to whom. Apparently there had been no guidelines and these memberships (worth $20,000 a year) were being distributed willy nilly.
This document tells us Doug Band was using those as rewards/kickbacks/enticements for donations and hints that issue could be something that would have endangered their 501(3)c tax-exempt status, hence the need for a “corporate review” to correct the problem.
I doubt it. LOL
Who is Doug?

October 30 Leaks
1. Conflict of interest: Bill was personally paid and received gifts from CGI sponsors

I signed a conflict of interest policy as a board member of cgi”
”Oddly, wjc does not have to sign such a document even though he is personally paid by 3 cgi sponsors, gets many expensive gifts from them, some that are at home etc”
”I could add 500 different examples of things like this”
CGI stands for the Clinton Global Initiative.
This is pretty damning. Here we have Band reporting serious violations to board members of the Foundation. Those board members failed in their fiduciary duty to the foundation, they should have immediately commissioned a financial audit from an independent CPA firm to figure out how much money had been misappropriated.
Deuce5081 from Reddit expands on this further here.

Where is Jon Corzine....This outfit needs the help of an expert money handler.

Ok I think I have found the problem regarding the 501(3)c status and the “comp memberships” that Doug Band was handing out to entice donors to the CGI:
“A charitable organization must provide a written disclosure statement to donors of a quid pro quo contribution in excess of $75. A quid pro quo contribution is a payment made to a charity by a donor partly as a contribution and partly for goods or services provided to the donor by the charity. For example, if a donor gives a charity $100 and receives a concert ticket valued at $40, the donor has made a quid pro quo contribution.”
https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/substantiating-charitable-contributions
Those “comp memberships” Band was handing out are worth $20,000 per year, so definitely over the limit to be reported, since he stated he was definitely using them to entice donations to the CGI. As a 501(3)c organization, they were required to both disclose all these “quid pro quo” donations, and keep bank records of each transaction, and report them to IRS, which they obviously were not doing. If non-disclosures are deemed “willful”, there is $5,000 penalty for each instance.
Ironically, Corzine actually hired Teneo Holdings (the email writer’s firm) in order to try and repair his PR problems stemming from the MF Global affair!:

Do the pimps perform better on a percentage or on the fixed fee schedule?
I would describe her as "deplorable"....but that's been used a lot lately. (smirk)
The Clinton foundation is exactly what the RICO act was designed for.
