I was thinking the same thing - Trump will air this out now because people will only remember the third debate. Trump will take control of the issue, squash it, and use it against Hill if she tries to use it in the debates.
What Trump said in a locker room years ago is mild compared to what I have witnessed.

So true. He ain’t St. Donald by a longshot, but then he isn’t responsible for the economic, domestic and foreign policy mess DC has put us in. If Hillary gets in she’s not gonna stop shaking people down for money. If anything, it will be much worse, and she’ll have the power and authority to use the entire federal government to do her bidding. Bill is still gonna be on the prowl and it’ll be a (White) House of ill repute all over again!
Of course, both male and female say similar things. Only the very pious among us are free from the pitfalls of the secular world. Still, an apology is the right thing and it begins to get this behind him.
I think Trump should point out repeatedly that nobody, not even Hillary’s closest advisors, can really believe anything she says at any given time.
