(KUTV) Researchers at the University of Utah say there's a strong case to impeach Donald Trump, should he be elected as president.
Law professor Christopher Peterson said he found ample evidence to charge the Republican candidate with fraud and racketeering, both of which are considered felonies within state and federal law.

Methinks the ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ have to be committed after swearing in as POTUS for such violations to be considered in any impeachment & conviction proceeding.
Not that that will matter to the leftists. They will be clamoring for impeachment and every other sort of anti-Trump action from the afternoon of Jan. 20 onward. And their Democrat National Media will make sure they get heard far and wide.

I guess Laureate College, another for-profit school that all good liberals are supposed to hate, doesn’t get the same attention as Trump U. Yet - Hillary got a US State Department grant of $55 MM to the owner of that school, who happened to be a CGI donor, and Bill got a no-show job there that payed him over 4 million per year. He made 16 MM before it was uncovered and he had to quit. No word on this scam, but we are supposed to worry about Trump U?
