As violence escalated in Charlotte, N.C. Wednesday night, reporters became part of the story as protesters turned on the media.
CNN anchor Don Lemon stopped the broadcast feed as a CNN camera crew was confronted by rioters who attempted to block the camera yelling “F**king liars!”
“As happens in these particular situations, the crowd gets out of control and then they try to assault or at least intimidate our camera people and our news people,” Lemon said.
Fox News reporter Steve Harrigan got into a verbal confrontation with a woman he was interviewing when she accused him of wanting video to “make a f**king fabricated story” about what was going on.

The mayor of Charlotte - Jennifer Roberts - is a liberal moron. She is the one who pushed for men to go into women's bathrooms and showers. Her buddy in the effort is a registered sex offender who targets children. The local newspaper and tv station knew he was a pervert but refused to report it.
Of course the mayor allowed the destruction to happen. They could have arrested hundreds of people but they refused. Instead the mayor was consoling the family of the thug who was shot!!
The real damage to business is going to happen over the next few years. Charlotte is no longer a tourist destination. The Epicenter, where the white guy was beaten to a pulp by 20 thugs - nobody will be going there except the thugs.

Years after the popular Mayor Harvey Gantt, I never knew that Charlotte had such lingering hostilities. Is this also the case in Raleigh, where they had Mayor Clarence Lightner?
