The Clinton campaign almost got away with it.
On Sunday at a 9/11 ceremony marking 15 years since the attacks, Hillary Clinton wasn't feeling well to the point she had to make an early exit. Her handlers obviously knew what such an exit would do: Feed the narrative — irresponsibly called conspiracy theory at that point by too many posing as objective journalists — that there really was something more than allergies surrounding the Democratic presidential nominee's health.
So Clinton was whisked away. Reporters embedded in her campaign were left in the dark for 90 minutes as to her whereabouts while the escape from New York was concocted.
And she almost got away without any video footage via news crews showing it.
But as Clinton approached her van, a 50-year-old man by the name of Zdenek Gazda filmed her with his smartphone. Gazda is a Czech immigrant, Clinton supporter, and to my pleasant surprise, a huge New Jersey Devils fan.

Good question but I think we all know why. It would not surprise me to see Illary attempt to restrict all cameras at her remaining appearances- that way it would give the campaign an opportunity to confiscate any videos taken that show her condition.

Since the "overheating", the only appearance has been a healthy lighter doppelgänger.

What she fears is an “off episode,” where she just freezes and can’t do anything. Rough if she’s standing up. They’d have to carry her out like a cardboard cutout.

Looking at the video again I’m surprised her SS Agents didn’t see him filming and grab his smartphone. They were standing right in front of him, but don’t seem to see him.

Kill switches already exist. The Samsung 7 that has been blowing up burning up has let the cat out of the bag. Samsung has stated they may activate the kill switch in all Samsung 7’s in a month.
In what cannot possibly be a coincidence, Apple is now working on technology that will allow third-parties to shut off the camera on your phone.

The problem for them these days is Facebook Live, Periscope, and Snapchat. It could have been a live broadcast and confiscation would have made for even worse optics.
