RALEIGH, N.C. — A federal judge ruled Friday that two students and an employee must be allowed to use restrooms matching their gender identity at University of North Carolina campuses, and he said they have a strong chance of proving the state's bathroom-access measure violates federal law.
U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder temporarily blocked the University of North Carolina from making the three plaintiffs follow the restroom provision of the so-called HB2 law as the larger case makes its way to trial in November. His final decision on the law won't come until after trial.
Passed in March, HB2 requires transgender people to use restrooms in schools and many public buildings that correspond to the sex on their birth certificates, rather than their gender identity. It also excludes gender identity and sexual orientation from statewide anti-discrimination protections.

Michael Cade Hughes is the "man" in that photo. Born a woman, she is a well-known tranny activist who writes for the Huffington Post. She took that photo to demonstrate what she feels is the absurdity of laws that segregate people into the restrooms that correspond to the gender they were born as.
So, if you saw "Ms." Hughes follow your wife or daughter into the ladies' room, what would you do?
Can still get a degree credit and not attend classes at UNC; just be an athlete.
The one according to their plumbing. This way they are confronted with their illness, and everyone else knows who to shun.
Who does the plumbing check? Will there be genital inspectors standing by? Because if I saw the "dude" in the photo I posted using the men's room, I wouldn't give it a second thought. If I saw her complying with the law and following my wife or daughter into the female's restroom, I'd try to put a stop to it --and then I'd be the one looking at prison.
What about gay dudes? What restroom should they use?
Question is, what are we going to do when we get there?

Indeed, methinks the excitement is only beginning. My suspicion is that this will lead to n increase in concealed-carry permits for women. There will be an incident at some point that will be resolved by a woman taking defensive action with the assistance a handgun. Whether she actually has to fire it is immaterial...things then will become very exciting indeed.

The truth is, there is no such thing as transgender. Those who desire to change their gender are mentally ill, and obsessed with an impossibility. When their obsession is not restrained, it’s no surprise that we get more of it.

If no incident occurred, no check is made. If police are called in, then the police arrest the pervert.
