RALEIGH, N.C. — A federal judge ruled Friday that two students and an employee must be allowed to use restrooms matching their gender identity at University of North Carolina campuses, and he said they have a strong chance of proving the state's bathroom-access measure violates federal law.
U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder temporarily blocked the University of North Carolina from making the three plaintiffs follow the restroom provision of the so-called HB2 law as the larger case makes its way to trial in November. His final decision on the law won't come until after trial.
Passed in March, HB2 requires transgender people to use restrooms in schools and many public buildings that correspond to the sex on their birth certificates, rather than their gender identity. It also excludes gender identity and sexual orientation from statewide anti-discrimination protections.

It’s a university in 2016. That means a majority of liberal arts and “studies” majors. Science is not a priority. You need to keep it basic, like you would for a 1st grader.
Parents who gave a darn would send their children to Christian universities and colleges. But, that dear readers is the problem. Parents who gave a darn. Take a look around you. How many parents today actually parent like those of 30, 50, 100 years ago? If I did wrong, my mom and dad set my rear end right. That got my attention for a while. Made me know right from wrong. But, today, it is not the same. Today, it is: I treat my child like my friend. I would not punish him/her like that. Well there is the problem. Today, kids are their parents friends. And kids get deep and deeper into trouble. Kids are not disciplined, thus do not know what discipline, a disciplined life style is. And, we have what we have today.
You know you live in a sick society when a law requiring men use the men's room is controversial.
Votes, whether by citizens or by legislatures, no longer matter.
All that counts any more are the 'rulings' of liberal judges, school board members and the occasional loony mayor.

When a man who can fill a stadium, wants to bring back their jobs, get the illegals out of here, close our open borders, give us healthcare choice, and get rid of the corrupt Washington elite... This is not consent of the governed, it is judicial tyranny.
They don't want a place to to potty, they want their lifestyle mainstreamed. This is the goal. They do not have to face their abnormality/pshycological illness if only everyone is mandated to accept them as normal.
They themselves do not feel normal. If gender confused folks have society bend to their weirdness and label this as normal...then they are normal, not confused.
