Stunning Emails Reveal How Clinton Foundation Donor Bought Seat As Hillary's Nuclear Weapons Advisor

Forget Hillary's personal email server: this is what true cronyism and criminal corruption looks like, and this is the biggest threat from a Hillary presidency.

It has been widely speculated, if not proven, that donors to the Clinton Foundation who over the years have transferred hundreds of millions of dollars to the "charitable organization", bought political favors with the Clintons in exchange for their generosity. That has now been confirmed thanks to a stunning ABC report which reveals how a major foundation donor - one who previously had practically no experience on intellgience matters - mysteriously ended up as a nuclear weapons advisor to Hillary during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Worse, the person in question Rajiv K. Fernando, had been the head of a high frequency trading company, Chopper Trading (recently acquired by HFT powerhouse DRW), which may explain the unprecedented pull of the HFT lobby throughout all ranks of the US political apparatus. In other words, Fernando bought a seat to not only have advance knowledge of all US foreign policy, but to directly shape it, something he could then parlay in the forms of massive policy frontrunning profits thanks to his trading company.

In other words, the appointment qualified Fernando, a trader in the public markets, for one of the highest levels of top secret access.

Isn’t “Pay to Play” illegal? I say just jail her now and then sort it all out!

I’ve read several places that Obama’s Clinton endorsement means there will be no indictment. The theory is that the FBI is now leaking information. Is there any current and credible story on this subject?

I would imagine that any FBI caught leaking could be imprisoned or at least fired and stripped of benefits. The only safe way, safe being relative, would be if the director quit and made the information public. I find that hard to imagine.

Here’s a question I haven’t heard asked.

Sure, Cheryl Mills was in the habit of recommending donors to all sorts of positions because they were donors. But there are a lot of positions... why this one? Mr. Fernando must have asked for it. I doubt that Cheryl Mills just pulled this one out of her drawer as a tasty treat for Mr. Fernando... he wasn’t even a major bundler.

What do we know about Mr. Fernando?

The fact that ABC has this is pretty telling. That said, Hildebeast will just say that she had no idea who he was and that it was Mills that put him on there. For as corrupt as the Clintons are, they’re smart. They always have plausible deniability.

“I didn’t know. I assume my underlings did their job and vetted him.”

ABC is only pissed because their reporter got yanked around.

Just think: The President of the United States yesterday endorsed someone for President who is under a criminal investigation, which was all but confirmed yesterday by White House spokesman Josh Earnest. Think about that - The President of the United States is pushing a potential criminal to be your President. Anyone still doubt this mofo has it in for this country?

I think this is really the crux of the FBI’s investigation and the main reason she deleted 30,000 of her ‘yoga class’ emails. The classified stuff, while important, is a smokescreen. I think most Americans are too brain dead to understand or care about the national security implications of her actions. But a quid pro quo...pay to play...scandal everyone can understand. Especially when foreign nationals, foreign companies and foreign governments benefited from it. The Clintons are America’s most prolific crime family!

I think that's true. I hope some resourceful and informed agent has Donald Trump's private phone number.

I’ve heard that FBI boss Comey is in the tank. He’s a member of the Uniparty.

“I hope some resourceful and informed agent has Donald Trump’s private phone number. “

The FBI has access to everything in your personal files, including phone numbers. Now, whether they can legally access it without an open case I don’t know. The IRS regularly prosecutes agents who illegally snoop into people’s private data without an actual need to access it. (I recall somebody snooped into Cher’s personal data and got caught. They were just curious.)

Could Congress subpoena a member of the FBI and force him to divulge the information under oath before Congress?

I know, I am asking for a lot here. 1) For Congress to actually subpoena someone and 2) for someone to take it seriously.

“Could Congress subpoena a member of the FBI and force him to divulge the information under oath before Congress?”

In eight years, a corrupt regime with all the levers of power and the NSA, CIA and other agencies can get enough information on enough lawmakers to render most ineffective. For all intents, there are no legal limits on what they can collect and no moral restraint on how to use it. My feeling is that most people in high office are risk takers. Risk takers do stupid things they wouldn’t like to see revealed. Gary Hart, John Edwards and Jim Kolbe are examples. I suspect that Democrats have illicit sex while Republicans make illicit money. Either way, few will press an attack when they learn how much blackmail is ready to launch against them.

The one thing the FBI comes down hard on is corruption. Abscam and the like... The pay to play is going to cost her years...
