Rubio on Trump Attacking Hispanic Judge: I Warned You Guys This Was Gonna Happen…
Mediaite ^ | 4:38 pm, June 6th, 2016 | Josh Feldman

Marco Rubio said weeks ago he has serious concerns about Donald Trump, but he’s supporting the GOP nominee and he won’t be “taking shots” at who voters chose. But that doesn’t mean he’s stopped swiping at Trump altogether.

In an interview with WFTV, Rubio smacked down Trump’s attacks against a Hispanic judge, saying, “I think it’s wrong. He needs to stop saying it. That man is an American… I don’t think it reflects well on the Republican party.”

But while Rubio still plans on supporting Trump, he’s making it clear that he “warned this is what was gonna happen” if Trump became the GOP nominee.

Rubio said “I didn’t want this to be the choices before us,” but at the same time “I gave my word” to the party.

Good to see they keep asking the losers about everything.

I like what he said just the way he said it. He spoke in terms the common man has NO trouble understanding.

It shows he is NOT AFRAID of the PC Police, and will say the TRUTH just the way it is. Sure, he could have “prettied it up”, but we as a society need it said the way he said it, like an anecdote to the current Marxist “Talking Rules”.

What he said is just COMMON SENSE, which is not so common anymore, but, with God’s Help, will soon return.

I don’t understand why his lawyers haven’t yet filed a motion to request the judge to recuse himself. In that way, Trump can lay out all the details showing that the Mexican judge cannot properly handle Trump’s case.

I don't get it either. Trump has good reason for the judge to recuse himself... he should have let his lawyers handle this.

Of course they leave out important information, such as the “judge” being allied with La Raza.

That's because Trump said he was biased because he is Mexican. You can't really spin that any other way.

But the story is now several days old and many relevant facts about the judge have come to light. Still, most all the MSM chooses to continue reporting it as if no information has come out about the judge since the initial story.

That a choice by the media to ignore the judge's associations with activist Hispanic groups and causes at odds with Trump's campaign stances.

That's absolutely true.

Trump should have learned how the media operates long ago, done his research first, and made that charge up front. Or as I have suggested earlier: let his lawyers file the motion for recusal and point to it.

Because they can’t show the judge has been biased in his rulings in this case. And organizational or political affiliation is not grounds enough legally unless there is a specific conflict of interest or prejudice such as parties to the case are the judge’s relatives or when the judge owns stock in one of the parties etc. Honest lawyers that file a motion they know is BS are in danger of losing their law licenses.

An interesting case study:
In 1998, some attorneys (one of whom was Larry Klayman, the founder of the conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch) were dissatisfied with a ruling made by a Second Circuit judge, Denny Chin, and thought it wise to send a note asking about the judge’s Asian American background and then filed a brief questioning the judge’s impartiality. The judge was not amused. Here is how he responded:

(The attorneys) were required to withdraw as counsel from the case and would not be permitted to appear in Chin’s court on any matter ever again. They would be required to show his opinion to any other judge in the district in any future case. The court clerk would also report the sanctions to every court where they held bar membership.

All these fools continue being fools. little marco is a fiil. I would say there IS a problem with a judge whose alliegiance is with la raza...a racist, anti-American group. How did this freak get to be a judge?

They should have never questioned Judge Chin’s impartiality.

They should have questioned his sanity.

It is almost like these candidates and pundits have a memory problem... It was only two months ago when they thought every little thing would bring Trump down and they all piled on and misrepresented the facts about 100 different controversies... claiming every time that the last one will finally do Trump in.. and Trump continued to get stronger... It is happening all over again..

From that article it appears that courts are not inclined to entertain claims by attorneys that the judge is a racist. And, I guess because Klayman is a lawyer, the judge could punish him as an officer of the court.

Maybe that's the answer. If Trump were to become his own lawyer in the case, I don't think that the court could short-circuit his claims by punishing his lawyer.

Perhaps Trump would be pushing this too far by representing himself in the case. But, it might be interesting and it might bring things to a head.

Waiting with deep anticipation as to when, where and who will mention the bias CJ John Roberts has shown in his rulings. The Justice Department is only as solid and lawful as those persons who seated these 'esteemed persons'. AND, WTP have certain facts to know those 'folks' are neither solid nor trustworthy enough to be lawful. TEAR them a new one Mr. TRUMP

The judicial branch has wrought great evil in this land- and few who sit on the bench in this day and age are not complicit in it. Trump has nothing to apologize for.

Good to see they keep asking the losers about everything.

**********************************************************

And there are so many of them in both parties-they will never run out of losers to ask. I’m sick of it. When I want to know the real answer to a policy, I go on You Tube and watch Ronald Regan-a real winner.

The Marxist, Fascist, “progressive” play book has been around for decades (actually more), so usually there’s an answer that is just as good today as it was then.

There is also a video that I like called Freedom 101. It is a composition of the various leaders from the 60s etc. Lots of Reagan in it, and I just enjoy remembering “the good ole days”. So I guess that means I’m getting on in years.LOL

All these concern trolls haven’t given Trump one iota of credit since he announced but somehow always find themselves in front of cameras when they disagree with something Trump says. Spare me, these people are losers in the truest sense of the word. Where are the Republicans who say, “Trump is exactly right on trade, we are getting ripped off”?

Why was the case brought in this district, before this judge. Why the ties with the Clintons? The whole thing stinks.

Any other person and there’d be a different judge.

I’m behind the guy, and for me to say that it means that there’s millions more like me...
