Could Trump have Christie decide if Clinton is indicted?
NJ Advance Media for NJ.com ^ | June 5, 2016

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump says if he's elected president, he'd have the top law enforcement official in his administration look into indicting Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton over her email use.

So does that mean New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie could be the one to make the decision?

During an interview that aired Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation," host John Dickerson noted that Trump has repeatedly said on the campaign trail that Clinton should face jail time over her emails.

And if she isn't indicted before then, Dickerson asked, would Trump have his U.S. attorney general prosecute her?

If she loses yes, if she wins he cannot afford to, she already looks like Nixon as it is.

It would he an ugly stain, even though she wears stains well.

I just hope Hussein doesn’t pardon her, so that she gets the full brunt of justice when the DOJ is restored.

Good point. An illegitimate Hussein president will make his pardons worthless.

Can't pardon what ain't been found guilty

Wrong.

"Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974".

Of course Obama would pardon her. If she wins she pardons herself.

Would BHO pardon HRC

If she is not indicted, what can he pardon her for? even is she were indicted could they have a trial that quick? Time is running out for Obama to do much of anything. Let's suppose that Hillary gets a quick trial, is found guilty, and Obama pardons her. If they only indict her on the email thing then he could bring up the fake Charity they run.

I hope Trump runs on that:

“Obama, you had better pardon her because when I win, she is going to jail.”

We need only to prosecute and convict one just one high profile criminal and the rest will run like roaches and sing like canaries. We need a tax funded commission to search out and route out all involved right to the top elite. Those who have committed crimes against the people of America and its sovereignty

I bet he does. She’s SO SURE when questioned about an indictment that nothing will happen. I guess it’s a moot point if BO pardons her but if not I have no doubt Trump will make sure she pays and I think the person to do it is Christie. Didn’t Christie prosecute Trumps SIL’s father and send him to jail???

That is true, But, if I were to become president like Trump, I would assure them that it would not be safe for them to live in this country any longer...in private. Then issue the contracts on their lives after they leave.

Hillary will be pardoned before BHO leaves office.

And probably after the General Election......about the only way to really fully leverage her misdeeds is to have her indicted in late Sep early Oct....
