And if that all isn't bad enough, Bush admin officials ran their emails off a private server, gwb43.com, overseen by the GOP, out of reach of regulations, FOIA's, and deleted all the emails, big flap but NOBODY paid any price for it.

Would BHO pardon HRC? It all depends on which way the political winds are blosing. Bernie is not a good fall back candidate, and it is too late to bring in Biden or Warren, technically maybe not but momentum-wise, a disaster.
Won’t be hard to find something to charge her with. Tax evasion maybe, like Crooked Al Capone. Obama can’t pardon her from everything.

If Clinton ends up in the same position as Nixon was in post-Watergate and post-resignation, she's political dead meat. Trump would have a field day with the comparison. There would certainly be a delightful irony to the whole thing, too.
