I just read today or yesterday that Starr is now a friend of Mr. Bill!

It’s not that I feel sorry for him, I don’t. But from this article I don’t see that he has done anything wrong. Has he been convicted of a crime or committed some “moral turpitude” violation of his contract? I have no idea although the article makes no mention that he has.
