The primary is over.
I would like to congratulate and thank candidates Cruz, Fiorna, Kasich, Rubio, Carson, Bush, Christie, Huckabee, Santorum, Jindal, Graham, Gilmore, Walker, Pataki, Perry, Paul and Paulsen for running magnificent campaigns and wish them all the very best in their future endeavors. Well done lads and lass.
And great job to their fans and supporters! You've poured your heart and soul into the task of promoting your guy or gal and he or she came up second, third, fourth, fifth.... or seventeenth, but we're all winners as long as we continue placing our faith and trust in God Almighty and redouble our efforts to defend America, Constitution and Liberty for ourselves and our POSTERITY by voting for Trump over the godless America-hating Marxist Hildabeast (or the burn) in November!
Free Republic, today, is officially calling for an end to the primary hostilities and is asking for all participants to disengage from all primary flamewars and grudge matches. Time to let lost battles go and focus on doing our very best to win the great patriotic battle for freedom ahead.
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It has been about one generation from the time Reagan said that and he was right on the money. The godless Marxist Obama has put us right on the edge of the abyss. Another godless Marxist president following so soon would no doubt plunge our nation straight down into the pits of hell.
Can you imagine how long it would take to undo the damage twelve or sixteen consecutive years of Obama/Hillary appointed leftist judges and justices will do to our Constitution and our way of life? This would definitely mark the end of liberty and freedom as we know it.
I sincerely pray we can all unite on FR in our common purpose and mission to defend God, family, country, constitution and liberty. And that our FRiends who might still oppose us will search their hearts and souls first and if they still feel that President Hillary is better for America and our grandchildren than Trump then perhaps they should just leave us in peace, but leave the door open in case they later change their mind.
All who wish to help us in a direct positive way, ie, support and vote for Trump to defend America from the godless Marxist/socialist/lefist/collectivist totalitarians are welcome to join or rejoin us.
But the primary season flamewars are over and must end.
The time for choosing is here.
I choose God, family, country.

Totally agree. If we unite to combat the evils facing our nation we can win and turn this country around. I hope this message of unity reaches enough people in time for the election.

Critique is one thing, and ill-will is another.
Let Hillary worry about critiquing Trump.
We should worry about critiquing Hillary, for the most part.
Trump will obviously be trying to erode Hillary's support, so that means he might say some things that rub ideological purists the wrong way.
So getting hysterical about such things serves no constructive purpose.
It's important to be able to tell the difference between things like pandering versus actual flip-flops.
A good example would be Trump's recent comments regarding the federal minimum wage.
Several Trump-haters with lingering butthurt tried to act as if Trump's comment were a huge flip-flop, when they clearly were not.
So disingenuous hysteria should be avoided.

Let’s keep those postcards flowing... to Ryan... Every Monday until he’s “ready” to support Trump, or until he makes it clear that he’s “ready” to support Hillary. I would not be at all surprised if Ryan and the GOPe are planning on changing the rules at the convention to require 1 more delegate than whatever Trump has accumulated. Then Trump won’t make the first ballot, and they will swoop in with Romney/Ryan (or similar) on the second ballot. It’s not over until Trump is actually the Republican nominee, not just the “presumptive” nominee. Everyone stay focused, and keep voting Trump in the remaining primaries.
