Of the 30+ names I saw on the Zot List, I would not characterize any of them as dead wood. Many came on board FR about the same time I did, and they contributed to the freepathons and chapter activities.

They made themselves into ‘dead wood’ on this board by their present actions. If they’re able to lose their spitefulness, they might well be able to come back.
But as it is, good riddance. It’s sad when a conservative can become so bitter and spiteful that they’ll try to deliberately destroy their own children for the sake of a politician.
Not much hope for Ryan, but sincerely pray he divorces himself from RINOs Romney, Beck, Rove, et al, and rejoins the fight for God and country.

Sincere question here ... does this mean that there will be no tolerance for any critique of donald trump?
If the maxim of run to the right during the primary and to the left for the general holds true, must we all simply accept with our mouths closed?
McCain was subject to some scorching commentary as the GOP candidate 8 years ago. Romney the same 4 years ago. Will that be tolerated?
I am hoping that some of them come back here and join us in beating Hillary. There were one or two that I was happy to see take a break but, more for the personal attacks, not their support of Cruz. But, I did not enjoy seeing longtime members leave.
Agreed. If you assume the position that they want to protect their turf, well, then, everything we ever assumed about the Ruling Class objectives are correct. It always was about them.
This election has exposed many things, not just at your board of infamy but indeed from every water cooler from here to DC.
To me it’s most startling expose is just how undefined Conservatism truly is.
