Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!
Great job in New York and throughout this campaign. Cruz and Kasich are now mathematically eliminated and just like all the others who were mathematically eliminated should concede and drop out so we can all unite behind our nominee and prepare to defeat the godless America-hating traitor Hillary Clinton in November.
As conservatives and patriots, it's time to put bruised egos behind us, heal our differences and act united in the best interests of our nation. The media and the GOPe will try to keep us divided, of course, but we must not fall for their treasonous tricks.
A divided Republican party will ensure Hillary waltzes into the White House in November.
Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction. Hillary would be a third term for Obama and would complete his mission of completely destroying America.
Do not let freedom expire on our watch!!
I'm praying this forum and our loyal members will now be shifting into high gear to defend our freedom by uniting against the treasonous enemy within.
Let's get Trump over the 1237 mark and finally take the GOPe completely out of the picture!!
Then onward to the presidency in November!!

I think verga was agreeing with you and responding to Durbin.
We’re in the O Zone, now.
:D
Italian-American New Yorkers are VERY conservative. I married into such a family and, boy, they take no prisoners. Good people.
Go, Trump, go!
Unfortunately, since I disdain the idea that Clinton is a New Yorker, it looks like we’re not going to have a subway series in ‘16.
Maybe not and I understand why.
Still...Trump with around 43 % of the republican voters (33% traditional , 10% nontraditional) and Cruz with about 30 percent of the traditional republican voters is around 73 % combined. Just about as a good a unity ticket as one could ask for.
If either candidate is not on the ticket it means the other side ill see some significant number of voters drop out. It appears it would be worse if Trump is sidelined at the convention, but it is still a loss either way.
it really comes down to Cruz manning up, facing it is not his time and coming around to work for a united ticket. VP is not the worst spot and any issues with his NBC could be worked out in the next 4 years one way or another.
All comes down to Cruz and his actions, presuming that the trajectory of the race continues as it seems to be heading. After the 26th we will have a much better idea on that, I suspect based on PA that Cruz will not do very well with the delegate count on the 26th.
Don’t tell me.
SHOW me.
You (Trump himself, really) have just less than 7 months following the WV primary to SHOW me.
This is bizarre!
It’s like bugs flinging themselves into the zapper!
Lol! Nice. Onwards with Trump and leave the wallflowers behind.
While I can certainly sympathize, and crack a big grin about that, now is not the time to gloat. Now is the time to unite, which requires that those on the winning side extend the hand of friendship. Spitting in the other guy’s face only ensures a permanent enemy.
Oops. Fixed it.

Good. You want to sit it out, fine, sit in your own house. We’re all guests here. Thanks Jim for playing it down the middle, if Cruz had become the presumptive nominee those of us who favor Trump would have been disappointed, but we would also be supporting him.
WV is another one of those “Just gimme ‘em” states, apparently.

about the “women in combat’ thingy...
He doesn’t have to change it back...
Just back sure the men he puts over the military, the Sec of Defense etc, adhere to the established rules for special forces etc and make no exceptions for the females...
if the men cant keep up they get dropped, same should go for the women, no special treatment or lowering of standards...few if any women could pass those same tests that Chris Kyle passed...
Ive read American Sniper (took it on a cruise with me) and seen the movie...
and no promotions for other than merit etc...
suddenly we have a female commander where did she come from ???
Commanders over troops should have been in battle themselves as lower ranking officers...
I’m a Cruz supporter, have been since day one, but with him being mathematically eliminated it is time to do what is best for the country. I’m not sanguine about supporting Trump but think he is a hell of a better candidate that Romney are McCain could ever be dreamed of being. I will give him the benefit of the doubt this time around. I predict a Trump/Rubio if Cruz doesn’t dropout otherwise, Trump/Walker or Trump/Scott ticket.
That being said Trump, Cruz, Jindal or Walker were the only candidates that ran who were ever going to get my vote. Had we got Little Jebbie or another GOPE puke, yeah I would sit this one out.
Yes, your posting of the definition of “non sequitur” was also an example of a non-sequitur. Good work!
