Wednesday, April 6, 2016, beginning at 7:00 PM EDT, GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Bethpage, NY at Grumman Studios. With two weeks to go until the New York primary on April 19, this will be Mr. Trumps first campaign event in his home state of New York.
Bethpage is a hamlet located on Long Island within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York, United States, as well as a census-designated place with borders slightly different from those of the hamlet. Population: 16,429.

I haven’t made zucchini bread in years, but always enjoyed it. Had coworkers that would bring in tons of zucchini from the garden for anyone to take.
I used to make a lot of quick breads, especially around the holidays: banana nut; blueberry; lemon.
I had to click properties on the picture to see what it was: apples and cinnamon oatmeal that with a blueberry muffin sounds perfect for a cold morning!
We had a record high of 82 here yesterday! Supposed to be mid-70s today - must be globull warming as it’s warmer than usual for us for this time of year. I suspect it will go back to normal next week and we’ll get April showers.
Stay warm and safe!
I bet I haven't had oatmeal in 20 years. Then, wham. I have a craving. Yes. I think it's because of the cold.
I'll stay warm. You enjoy the weather while you can.
I have a friend in Oregon. She has had huge amounts of rain.
Good morning KC!
Speaking of Cruz, he was on BOR last night. I tuned into BOR just to see what he might have to bloviate or opine about. Then Cruz was his first guest, so, of course I had to change the channel.
This is a pretty good thread re the interview(Cruz accused BOR of defending Trump). There are a few Cruzers on here but many more Trumpettes. One post has some info from Ann Coulter and another with various info about Cruz.

The picture shows for me, but I couldn’t make out what it was. Now that I know, it looks very tasty!
I buy the instant oatmeal - not as good as the old Quaker Oats, but it’s fast and easy. I go in spurts about eating it. I do like it and it’s supposed to be very good for one (including lowering cholesterol). I went to visit my aunt a few years ago and she made the old-fashioned kind and put raisins, brown sugar, walnuts and I think something else on it - definitely a big, healthy breakfast!
I like a little brown sugar or maple syrup on mine. Mmmm - I need to see if I have any - it’s sounding good right now!
Sometimes the rain moves up here from OR and sometimes not.
Just checked the weather - looks like it’s supposed to be nice through the weekend a rain/drizzle on Monday and a brief shower or 2 on Tuesday, so we’ll get our April showers again next week.
Hubby tapped our maple trees and made almost 2 gallons of syrup. I may put some on my oatmeal. I tend to like a little cinnamon sugar.

How low can this most conservative, most Christian candidate go?
Ok, totally random, non-political commentary.
Had my local talk radio show on this morning; topic of discussion was one of our state representatives being accused of sexual harrassment (no legal charges). The next phone call, the caller brought up the recent announcement of Tyler Summitt resigning his coaching position @ Louisiana Tech due to an inappropriate relationship with a player. The caller seemed to be fixated on the fact that the player was an adult, the coach was an adult, so what was the issue? The show host kept explaining that the issue was authority, not that one was adult and the other was a minor.
Caller finally said ‘she transferred to his school! She was stalking him! A woman can accuse a man of anything she wants and gets away with it!’ Talk show host tried to calmly explain to the dude that Summitt confessed but he was having none of it. I’m thinking the caller has women issues.
NOTE: I’m not saying that there aren’t women out there screwing men over; just saying they all aren’t.
Have to work on work project ....
Will PM you later.
Oh Wow! Fresh maple syrup - too yummy. That was the other thing my aunt put on - cinnamon (which is also supposed to be good for everyone).
Amen if Trump doesn’t win and then do what he says (I believe he will) we are done for...
There was a post on some of the threads (think it might have been a post of a tweet, but don’t recall right now)in which a Trump delegate in one state received communication from the Cruz campaign asking them to change or vote for Cruz on the 2nd ballot - they responded with essentially a no way.
I found it interesting I don’t think Colorado is one of Trumps targets...the slime goes on...
The first thing that popped into my mind was the Duke case (when you mentioned women screwing men over). I agree - women sometimes screw men over in various ways, but we’re not all like that and some women do actually have legitimate problems with men.
Perhaps off on a bit of a tangent here - I’m so sick of all this “war on women” (not to mention war on blacks, BLM, need my safe space, etc.). People need to put on their big girl panites or big boy briefs and deal with it - it’s not always all about them (the poor little snowflakes). You’re not “all that”. Get your butts out and work and quit blaming everyone else for everything under the sun - maybe you need to look internally (SoL - not talking to/don’t mean you).
I don’t think I ever had that - mom used to give us Cream of Wheat, which I like and haven’t had in years.
I have an idea. Make them go to work on a farm. That will toughen them up.
