Trump (via Manafort probably) needs to start making Colorado one of his targets. There was something or a post in the article regarding the unbound delegates in MO and Cruz is after those, too. Trump needs to get to all the unbound candidates in every state.

I was reading a thread on Cruz touting he won all the 25 delegates in ND, yet it appears they are all unbound.
As I understand it, ND has a different system.

“An estimated 2,000 party officials and activists convene at the state party’s convention in Fargo this weekend to pick 25 delegates to send to the convention in July. But unlike other delegates, North Dakota’s will be free to vote for whichever candidate they like, even on the all-important first-ballot where Trump could clinch the nomination with 1,237 votes, or fall short and find himself at the mercy of a contested convention process.”

Majority of North Dakota GOP delegates support Ted Cruz
F ARGO—Presidential candidate Ted Cruz’s supporters claimed the bulk of North Dakota’s Republican delegates this past weekend, but the impact of that win won’t be apparent for months because all of the delegates in the state are unbound.

Of the 25 delegates elected at the North Dakota Republican convention, at least 17 are supporting Cruz or leaning that way. {snip} But Dever believes a lot could change between now and July, when the Republican National Convention is held in Cleveland. That’s why he was surprised to see his name alongside 22 others on a list of “Cruz supporters” that was on every seat at the convention this weekend.

Clare Carlson, the deputy director at Workforce Safety and Insurance in Bismarck, was also confused to see his name on that list, given that he is “firmly uncommitted,” he said.
