So I guess this poll can be discounted now.

I guess if they keep it up on the sidebar long enough it might come true.

No, just an observation of facts that should lead you to reevaluate your prediction skills.
To: Fundamentally Fair
Just because Trump lost, one cannot logically conclude (as you seem to) that Stone's lowering of expectations did or did not cause more Trump supporters to turn out.
One can only conclude that Trump lost.
You might want to reconsider your grasp on reality.

I was actually wrong about ARG's quality of data; the Magic Eightball is at least right SOME of the time.
A weekend poll and they had Trump up by +10. Actual result: Cruz by +13.2, an error of 23.2.
I knew ARG was basically a random number generator, but it takes a certain level of brutal incompetence to be this consistently wretched.
By the way, both Fox Business and Marquette had Cruz by +10, so this was a predictable race.
To: LiveFree99; wardaddy; onyx
IIRC the polls I saw had Cruz winning in a range from 8-19%.
So his 13.2% is a respectable win.
But unless Cruz has a strategy that will give him 1237 on the first ballot this is won’t get him the nomination.
His new BFFs in the GOP establishment will stab him in the back as soon as he ceases to be useful in denying Trump 1237. Neither Cruz nor Trump have a prayer in an open convention. All hail President Ryan and his VP Rubio.

After next run of primaries Cruz will be out of the running
He knows that which is why this morning he stated we’ll win in the primaries or at the convention

I just can’t imagine how Cruz believes that he can win at the convention. That GOPe crew will stab him faster than Brutus and his pals did Julius Caesar. Maybe the pressure of the campaign has made him delusional.
The only thing he will succeed in doing is stopping Trump and handing the nomination to Ryan.

As they get closer to the actual vote, they have to give more honest numbers, in order to not look stupid later.Looks like they chose to move toward stupid. Aaarg.

Ohio was the same way.
