Of course, EveningStar, who thought Marco Rubio was such a conservative, would post the Levin article calling “populism” progressivism.

Levin is trying define things to suit his personal, political agenda in 2016. Populism could also be political movement where the common, working stiffs rebel against the nanny state and start a movement to restore personal responsibility and reward those who work and provide for themselves and their dependents.

Total B.S., of course. Populism is, by definition, popular with the people. Trumps’ people are the opposite of statists.

It’s way past this scholarly discussion, professor. We need to settle our differences or just hand Hillary the presidency

This is very true. Mix in a dash of authoritarianism with personality cult and Bingo!

Rubio is gone. Old news.
For the record, Rubio lost me when he decided to lower himself and crawl into the gutter with Trump.

Baloney. But if you like that, you’ll like this:
Tele- means communicate, something communicable
-pathy means diseased, pathological
Therefore telepathy means communicable disease
and ESP is really VD.

As a longtime Levin listener, he’s become utterly unlistenable over the past month or so. I think he’s caught Glenn Beck disease.
To: EveningStar
Did Levin figure this out after working for Reagan, or before
By all means, Levin, if an unpopular candidate is a better choice to lose for the GOP this time, then keep shilling for Ted
