March 13, 2016 Trump Storm Troopers Mob Sanders Rally: Force Cancellation By Clarice Feldman
Of course, this didnt happen. The opposite is true,This makes Ted Cruz s spineless rejoinder to the violent demonstrations in Chicago so galling to me.
Some years ago I wrote here of my contempt for conservatives who flee the forum for fear of getting their spotlessly white togas spattered with mud and blood when their colleagues are being savaged by liars and thugs. This week my White Toga award goes to Ted Cruz. As thousands of rent a mobs from Soros funded Move On, the White House approved Black Lives Matters fabulist race baiters, and Bernie Sanders fans mobbed and threatened the thousands of people whod waited in lines for hours to attend a rally in Chicago for Donald Trump. Even Obama pal and admitted terrorist Bill Ayers, doubtless reliving his glory days as a Weatherman was there cheering the mayhem on:

This sums up my doubts about Cruz. He is to much an abstractionist and when the fists start flying he does a McConnell and is more concerned about not getting his nice suit rumpled than meeting the enemy head on. Repus talk about 'dignity and gravitas' is just more of their lack of physical courage or just plain guts. Trump may be crude and a bully and he is more populist than small 'c' conservative but he will fight and that is what is needed today:
Did Ted Cruz criticize this effort to deny thousands of people their right to free speech and assembly or the violent nature of the demonstration? No, he feebly offered up this on Fox Newss The Kelly File: "A campaign bears responsibility for creating an environment when the candidate urges supporters to engage in physical violence."
Did he seriously believe that the effort to shut down the rally was occasioned by anything but Trumps political positions? Where was he in 1968 when the far left pulled the same kind of thug action in the same city? Did he not notice Soros funding of Move On and Black Lives Matter or his funding of opposition to Trump and mobilization of Latinos opposed to Trumps immigration stance in this election?

Unfortunately, when the chips are down, Cruz has proven himself to be a light-weight.

I strongly oppose trump, and I find his followers annoying and deluded. however, his opponents blaming him for being physically attacked by an extremist whacko is spineless.

Not sure.
Those in power control it. Anti Obama or Hillary, yes, violation.
Anti-Trump protesters, no just peaceful marchers looking out for the good of all mankind.

Bernie and Rubio were in the US Senate when HR 347 passed by unanimous consent. Cruz wasn't there, but Constitution Ted surely knows the law.
They were ALL negligent in not siding with Trump on this one. The message to the protestors should be they violated federal law.

They should be charged under that law. They can start with the ones in Kansas City and that ISIS poster boy, wherever that happened at. (not sure)

Not the usual venomous response from a Trumpbot. Must be losing your moxie, or have you decided to actually try civil discourse unlike your comrades?

Bernie Sanders, whose people, as I have noted, took pride in shutting down the Trump rally, held a rally of his own in suburban Chicago. There he bragged that he was bringing people together, not dividing them like Trump. One can only imagine what hed have said in the unlikely chance that rabid Trump supporters had shut down his rally. I say unlikely chance because these tactics are those of the left side of the spectrum. For sure, the press wouldnt have called such action a protest. Wed have been treated to Nazi comparisons and the rally wreckers called Trumps storm troopers. No matter what happens it's always our fault and the effing left gets the pass....
