But newly discovered evidence unearthed from boxes stored deep in the National Archives lend credence to theories about foul play and cover-up that have been hinted at by at least three books and countless articles.
The newest piece to the puzzle was uncovered by two citizen researchers, one of whom was a witness involved in the case from the beginning.
What had only been suspicions about missing death-scene photographs are now proven to exist.
The smoking-gun information comes from two documents: a two-page letter of resignation and a 31-page memo both written by Starr’s lead prosecutor, Miguel Rodriguez.
Rodriguez refers in his letter to photographs showing a wound on Foster’s neck – a wound that did not exist according to accounts in Starr’s official government report.

When Foster heard that associate Parks had been gunned down at a stop sign sought of Little Rock, his first comment was, “I am a dead man.” In about 30-45 day he was.
Foster had been tasked with getting Bill Clinton files from Parks. They weren’t forthcoming.
The night of Foter’ death, Hillary Clinton chief of staff “Maggie Williams” carted things out of Foster’s office on order from Hillary.
That would be the same as Michelle Obama directing activity at the White House.
Hillary had no business telling anyone to do one damned thing related to the Foster death.
No, actually, he killed himself somewhere else, left his car keys in his office drawer, pushed his car a few blocks to the park, walked into the place he was found, held a high powered hand gun to his head, and laid down and died with little or no blood or body pieces anywhere around the body. If this was an Olympic event, he would have won hands down. And, of course, Hilary was the last person he talked with via phone. There is a lot more to this than can be imagined to include the murder of Foster’s partner in Little Rock and the acceptance of money from Iran Contra movement payoffs. Plus, Foster had secured the deal for Clinton when he was governor for the sale of tainted blood to Canada that infect a large group of people from which Clinton was sued. Long list.

I agree it looks very suspicious but when you don’t value life, morality etc. suicide is an easy option when things get tough. Same can be said for murderers.
Some of LBJ’s enemies in Texas committed suicide by shooting themselves in the back multiple times…and that’s not easy to do. The Democrat Party has always resembled a Mob syndicate.

Foster's white shirt was virtually spotless, and there was no blood under the head.
Only logical conclusion: Foster's heart was no longer pumping when the .38 head shot through the mouth was inflicted.
IOW, Foster was dead before he was placed (and shot) in FMP.
