The article appearing on the magazine's website Friday written by David Harsanyi reveals just how far National Review is willing to go to continue the war. It's title: "Why President Trump Would Be a Bigger Disaster Than President Clinton."
"Whether you're an ideological conservative, a proponent of limited government, or someone who believes that the president has too much power already, you shouldn't think of this matchup as a contest between horrifying candidates," Harsanyi writes.

Marco Rubio was reached for comment but was indisposed.
FOAM!
"GO FOAM-BOY! GO FOAM-BOY! IT'S MAH BIRTHDAY! GO FOAM-BOY!..."
Hell Rubio would be better than Hillary
But I would not vote for him and hope he looses Florida
Trump worse than Hitlery????? Hysterical much, National Review?
I am not smart enough to know whether his arguments on trade are valid. There seem to be good points on both sides. Good jobs have fled overseas, but lower cost goods have improved the quality of life. It’s not as simple as the Trumpsters or Buchananites claim. I DO agree with that group on immigration, though.
Trump is no Conservative. Ofcourse he’s worse than hitlery. Trump advocated for a wealth tax not even hitlery proposed that. And trump wants trade wars which will hurt US businesses & consumers.
A man without core values won’t make America great. Thats trump, btw.
It all boils down to one thing: Trump rejects the globalist brainwashing about the so-called “Free trade.”
They are in an absolute panic about this.
The Republican Party Leadership has abandoned the party platform of freedom and they have got to go!
We need some TRADE WARS. Right now all we have is TRADE SURRENDER.
The National Review as they exist now, are worse than The New York Times or the Washington Post.
The last dying breath of a magazine that once had influence.
Good riddance to National Review.
When your job consists of asking customers “do you want fries with that?”, you’re not buying a house or investing in your future.
That is what the lack of manufacturing brings.
Those low priced goods are all that most American cans can afford now - it is a self fulfilling prophecy.
It’s called trickle up poverty.
WELL, if that’s not the BEST yet to vote for Trump.
Extremely well put.
I would argue that quality of life in the U.S. has never been higher.
I think it’s the North American Union that has them literally petrified. That wall would put the kibosh to open borders, and there goes the dismantling of the United States, their job one.
Trade is also an obvious sore spot. I agree. It’s probably number two. Either way, these two things are going to cost a lot of people massive sums of money.
It’s my number one reason for being concerned about Trump’s safety.
Wow. It’s now official. NR is as crazy as Glen Beck. They never went this ballistic when Obama was taking a dump on the constitution. I knew the were establishment, but now they are democratic cheerleaders too?
National Review - becoming as bad as the New York Times or the Washington Post.
