Could the end be near for Jeb Bush's presidential campaign? Would a back-in-the-pack finish in South Carolina be the final blow? Kasie Hunt seems to suggest so.
MSNBC's Hunt, appearing on today's With All Due Respect, sounded an ominous note for Bush fans. Reporting that the Bush campaign has been disappointed by the lack of a bump coming off a strong debate performance, Hunt said "to a certain extent there's a little bit of throwing up of the hands . . . The sense I'm getting from the people I talk to in the Bush circle is getting more and more pessimistic."

A photographer in New Mexico thought he spotted a live Jeb Bush supporter walking through the hills.
He had a grainy photo as proof.
But high-resolution shows it’s just a bigfoot.
Dana Perino with them
She hasn't been the 5 all week.
I really wish I knew. Maybe it's $100 million of sunk cost. Maybe there's money left to be spent their direction. On the other hand, that staff of his let him acquire the image he's got, and it isn't all Yeb! himself, or I certainly hope it is not. Couldn't one of these supposed professionals have taken him aside and said, "hey, Boss, I really think a 75-buck guacamole bowl is a dumb idea"? Couldn't one of them have told him gently that "Yeb! Can Fix It!" wouldn't get him elected to class president in a junior high school?
Rhetorical questions, I know. Short answer: beats me.
I cannot contemplate a set of circumstances that would favor
Jeb Bush. I hope that he lives a life of privilege as he deserves as the son of a President.
Good one. You’re right.
They're a little slow aren't they?
I don’t want JEB to be the President. But, I don’t hate him either, yet. However, if he doesn’t stop saying stupid stuff about Trump, Rubio and Cruz after he is done, I will have no respect for him (and will reconsider whether I should hate him or not).
If he could suck it up, be a man, and work to get the establishment GOP-e to support the eventual winner in a serious and significant manner, it would be a win-win.
Just my opinion. I Stand With Ted.

At the family rally, W claimed that Jeb could fix the problems.
Ironically, many of those problems are the direct result of the last Bush [that be W’s] presidency. That was when the economy crashed and the bailouts begain. And Team Obama has manipulated the figures for 7 years to make HIS [Obama’s] presidency ‘look’ successful, but the ‘real” economy is still in the toilet.

This morning, Bryon York says on FoxNews the crowd that showed up were people wanting to see the former prez and not the typical Jeb crowd.
York continued, the people feel it is time to move on [beyond the Bush family].

Latest polls seem to show Jeb’s numbers falling more with each recent attempt to kick-start.
SC was supposed to be his firewall, but he is at 3%-6%, depending on the poll.

Oh, everyone knows he stands no chance. Even Jeb knew. However there are millions to be made in consultant fees, campaign manager salaries, etc. So the bus will continue down the road for a bit longer. At least until the free money runs out.
“his brother should slap Jeb! for dragging their mothers 90-year old azz out for an exercise in futility. I mean seriously, what if something had happened to her? It was stupid.”
Yes, it was incredibly stupid to haul Barbara out; however, I’m sure she went willingly, as Jeb is the apple of Mama Bush’s eye. She favors him over all her other children (probably because he looks just like her). Jeb is her baby; and to the Old Man, Jeb is the one who always should have been President, not George. I think George went for it partly because of this family dynamic, where Jeb was the favored son, meant to be President, and George wasn’t. George did it to win his father’s favor. George has had the last laugh, and Jeb will sink into oblivion, unless he tries to run for Prez again sometime in the future, heaven help us.
Ask your Doctor about suicide, maybe suicides right for you.
Give it up Yeb!
The citizens do not want you to turn the USA into North Mexico.
Move there and take the family with you.
If fact take several thousand families with you.
Jeb is the “Fredo” of the family.
“Jeb is the âFredoâ of the family.”
Right you are.
Did he drop the moniker, “Jeb can fix it”?
“So, why are the âprofessionalâ Bush campaign people still pushing a dead horse down the track?”
They like paychecks.
