Trump told supporters: “I only like polls that treat me well.â€
DES MOINES, Iowa, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- As the Des Moines Register prepares to release its key poll in the Iowa primary, Donald Trump slammed the paper calling it "dishonest."
The paper previously found itself on Trump's bad side after it published an editorial in July calling for the real estate mogul to end his presidential campaign. He responded by refusing press credentials to Register reporters at his events.
Trump knocked the paper at an event Friday in Des Moines: "You have one of the most dishonest right here in your backyard. The Des Moines Register is the worst. They're very dishonest."(continued)

Donald Trump is just standing up for himself, which is very understandable considering the vicious onslaught of insults, smears, petty attempts at ridicule, and lies he has had to put up with from the media, the GOP, and his fellow candidates.
Attacking the media is about the smartest strategy any candidate can have.

This is called being “prickly”. It is a behavior pattern that results in people eventually thinking twice before attacking you. “Nice” has gotten us to where we are today. “Prickly” is what we need now.
Joni Ernst cemented her win in Iowa’s US Senate race by calling out the quaint little Democrat blog, the Register. Trump is wise to follow suit.

I grew up in Iowa and around the Des Moines Register. It’s ALWAYS been a left wing liberal piece of crap, unworthy of use in my wood burner. Trump is correct!
