We’re talking about this (if I understand correctly), because the RNC has managed to set up states where winners don’t take all. The winner gets a proportionate amount.
Winning primaries even almost all of them might not give him the required sewn up delegates to the convention, to assure him a first ballot nomination.
Then it gets dicey. The party can at some point, step in and start screwing around, perhaps giving the nomination to someone other than the winner in most primaries and caucuses.
To your question, why the talk now, the party may think it has rigged things so Trump can’t possibly get the nomination on the first ballot at the convention.
Maybe they’re right. That shouldn’t make anyone happy. I don’t care who you are for, because it would reveal that no longer could anyone rest assured that fighting to win primaries and caucuses would garner your candidate any more of a chance in future years than Trump would have now.
What a chilling future for us if that works out to be true.
I’d say arrest them for traitorous sedition, give them a trial and exile them. Seize their assets. First they should be waterboarded.
No one else but TRUMP can beat Hillary and win this thing, I can promise you that.
And this delegate race that is building up is going corrupt, causing a brokered convention.
Romney screwed with the Convention Rules back in ‘12, against the Ron Paul forces and they are still in place.
Did we not think those tricky rules would not apply to us?
Then throw in some delegate corruption, knock out TRUMP with it, and you can get Jeb or Rubio in place, bought and paid for. It isn’t going to be Cruz, that’s for sure.
If they can take out an independent like Trump, a citizen candidate, they are also showing Cruz exactly what is going to happen to him, also.
If Bush or Rubio are lofted, there’s going to open revolt.
If Trump goes into the state primaries and wins big, then the Resnublican party ignores the will of the people, there will be hell to pay.
People from both parties will be very angry of it.
Ok so let me throw this out there.....Tom Donahue is the head of the United States Chamber of Commerce and he wants Bush....RNC Pubis wants anyone other than Trump, perferrable Bush...The RINO base....Who is the Head RINO? and who do they want? Bush? And then there is Paul Ryan,McConnell (who was involved with the Mississippi thing) and then Dingy Hairy, and then who else?
So basically all this stuff we are doing is NOT decided by WE the VOTERS but some ‘back room group’ of who THEY want?

Occasionally, we have to fight for liberty and leave the sofa and Cheetos is going to be a requirement.
They have made even more recent changes to the convention rules to screw us.
Now a candidate has to win a majority in 8 states, instead of 5. With all the hangers on winning delegates in proportional states it will be much more difficult to do.

Newt was on Hannity’s radio show today and mentioned the possibility of Trump and Cruz running on the same ticket. I don’t remember exactly what he said. It was something like an unstoppable ticket.
