New Hampshire GOP chairwoman Jennifer Horn is fighting off calls for her resignation after she violated the bylaws of her own state party by attacking GOP candidate Donald Trump.
WMUR, a local New Hampshire news outlet, first reported the calls for her resignation by GOP state Rep. Steve Stepanek of Amherst, New Hampshire.

"The bylaw in question forbids any officer of the state committee to 'participate in any primary contest on behalf of any candidate for a Republican nomination.' It goes on to say, 'They shall remain strictly neutral in any such primary contest,'"
The GOPee is scared of Trump and they can’t keep their mouths shut!
I don’t favor Trump myself. But someone in her position has no place playing favorites with candidates during the primaries. She should resign.
We’ve been told for years that we have to support the lesser of two evils. Sure, Conservatives might not like McCain or Romney — but you can’t stay home. You need to support the leader of your party.
Now Trump is the clear leader in just about every poll, and this has been true for month and month. And the GOP leaders are trying to stab him in the back.
I want Trump/Cruz, and I will definitely stay home if I don’t get one or both.
Vote ‘em out.
I am tired of the GOpee.
PS. Jody Hice - you are next. Good luck getting reelected.
Amen
Obviously neutrality doesn’t apply to the national Party.
Pray America wakes
I am not deeply sadden.
Sounds like she has a future as a debate moderator.
I've threatened that in the past. This time I'm sticking to it.
What is it with the NH establishment Republicans? Haven’t they done enough damage already by (1)giving us mini-McCain Ayotte as Senator (2) giving Romney and McCain an early-state victory and (3)stuffing the polls to make the establishment candidates seem “viable”?
“Obviously neutrality doesnât apply to the national Party.”
Yes, it does. They can’t take sides in the primary and can ‘t spend money on any candidate during the primary. That is in the by-laws of the national and state parties.
Keep telling yourself and you may begin to believe it. Guess the GOPe commercials against Trump made themselves. Oh yeah, PACs are NOT controlled by the Party.
“Now Trump is the clear leader in just about every poll, and this has been true for month and month. And the GOP leaders are trying to stab him in the back.”
I’m going to say something that might not be super popular on this fine Thanksgiving morning.
I don’t know that I particularly care. And yes, I’m not a Trump supporter. But even if I was, I’d maybe feel the same way. I don’t know.
The bottom line for me is if the GOPe AT THIS POINT doesn’t like Trump and wants to sabotage him, bump him off (methaphorically hopefully not literally), put their guy(s) in, etc., that’s all part of the show at this point. Polls are nice, but with no votes cast, someone who’s pie in the sky can say Lindsey Graham is dead even with Donald Trump since they have the exact same number of votes and delegates here on Thanksgiving- zero. Now, unfortunately for poor Lindsey, he doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance and Trump seemingly does.
But this is still the “jockeying for position” amongst candidates time rather than the “let’s coalesce behind one person” time since we haven’t even made it to the Iowa yet.
I guess it would be “nice” if the establishment was neutral and just content on letting the people decide and let the chips fall wherever they may. But in not doing that, at least they show themselves for who they truly are- and it’s why many are fed up with them.
Yes, the GOPe is scared of Trump; and they are maybe even more scared of Cruz.

Maybe if they got some ‘heat’ she would understand how much power the people really carry!!!
We all have a candidate on that ballot, what if this was being done to your candidate, how would you feel???
I think, if push comes to shove, the GOPe would prefer Cruz over Trump.
I suspect the GOPe knows they will not be able to deal with The Donald, because, no matter what, Trump is his own man.
Whereas I think the GOPe would hold out the faint hope they can corral Cruz to their own ends.
Wouldn’t it be amusing to see the GOPe having to choose between what they consider to be the lesser of two evils?
Maybe there is hope for the New Hampshire GOP. Dump the broad!
Well right on. We had one real sample of that. The Republican voters selected Romney as our candidate in 2012. So we had a choice between King Obama or Romney. Didn't really like Romney but I knew who King Obama was. So here we are, One of the most communists sliding nation in the world. Could have stopped it with Romney, but thanks stay home voters. Look what you got. Time to rethink and go for Trump and hope we can save America.
Pee Wee Priebus needs to call on her to resign and do it now! If not Trump should pull out his
Pledge and Remind Priebus this agreement is NOT a one way street.
