Joe Scarborough's critique of Ben Carson goes way beyond policy differences. Scarborough questions whether Carson has the "character" to be president.
On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough twice suggested Carson was "quirky" and said his theory on the pyramids is "crazy." Scarborough suggestively asked whether Carson "has the temperament, whether he has the character to be President of the United States?"

Scarborough: Does ‘Quirky’ Carson with ‘Crazy’ Theory Have ‘Character’ to be President?
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Well if the liberals say so.......
Dr. Carson did not have his secretary killed
like Mr. Scarborough.
Carson is a little strange
He’s black. In today’s political calculus, that simple fact gives him 50% of the “character points” he needs to clear the bar. No matter what nutty ideas he has or what wacky things he says.
In today’s pandering R-party, he should go full surgical tranny. Black + tranny = shoo-in.
Scarborough is plenty conservative.
He is strongly for Donald Trump. I support Joe Scarborough, have switched to watching MSNBC (just for the morning news program) because I am sick of Fox’s anti-Trump Meagan Kelly and have not watched the network since she attacked him during the first debate nearly two months ago.
MSNBC is wildly leftist during the day. But the morning news is the only apparently balanced show out there.
Ya just gotta take everything Ben says with a grain of...wheat.
Does someone that says if you like your insurance plan you can keep your insurance plan have the character to be president? This is our current president for those who do not know
Does someone saying we have to pass it to see what is in it have the character to be a Congressman? This is Nancy Pelosi for those who do not know.
We can go on and on. An island that will turn over, a congressman believes that. So, Mr. Carson is not the only person to express a belief.
>> Ya just gotta take everything Ben says with a grain of...wheat.
At least there’s a whole pyramid full of wheat grains. He says a LOT of wacky stuff and I’d hate to run out.
“Because Obama and other ‘rats bullshit us, it’s acceptable for Ben to bullshit us.”
Boy, that’s about the LAMEST defense of ol’ Ben I have heard so far — and there have been some really lame ones before you.
I have a suspicion that we shall all have an infinite supply of wry to see us through.
More like corny.
(I’ll stop now)
>> More like corny.
You’re really feeling your oats this morning, arentcha?
Condaleeza Rice for VP.
I’d vote that ticket in a NY millet.
Dare you. Bet you can’t.
I’m amaized I didn’t catch that one.
Can’t quite flax my mind well enough for that one.
>> Canât quite flax my mind well enough for that one.
That’s all rice. It’s a tough one.
