Carson is a little strange
He’s black. In today’s political calculus, that simple fact gives him 50% of the “character points” he needs to clear the bar. No matter what nutty ideas he has or what wacky things he says.
In today’s pandering R-party, he should go full surgical tranny. Black + tranny = shoo-in.
Scarborough is plenty conservative.
He is strongly for Donald Trump. I support Joe Scarborough, have switched to watching MSNBC (just for the morning news program) because I am sick of Fox’s anti-Trump Meagan Kelly and have not watched the network since she attacked him during the first debate nearly two months ago.
MSNBC is wildly leftist during the day. But the morning news is the only apparently balanced show out there.

Even if some of Carson’s opinions on non relevant issues are “quirky” what does that have to do with his “character” or “temperament”? Those are totally different things.
