BALTIMORE —The FBI was flying spy and surveillance planes over west Baltimore during the April riots.
Two surveillance planes were spotted flying over west Baltimore during the riots, circling for days.
"We've done it in Baltimore, we did it in Ferguson as well, as I recall," FBI Director James Comey told members of Congress this week.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland said Friday that it has obtained reams of documents through a Freedom of Information request from the FBI and the Federal Aviation Administration that detail the flights.

Surveillance technology? So, if you weren’t using a handy or such...there’s no problem. Otherwise, they probably have 200,000 phone chats with Marvin telling Wanda that there’s free stuff at this riot or break-in. I don’t see what value this FBI-gathered material is. Go and try to present this in any Baltimore court...the judge will ask how you gathered it and the whole thing gets thrown out.

This is all an attempt to stir up trouble by the ACLU. The reason the FBI operates the aircraft under shell companies is to hide the ownership from their usual surveillance targets, high end criminal organizations that do counter surveillance.
Hate to tell the ACLU, but the African criminals are the enemy of civilized people everywhere. The ACLU is also the enemy of American Patriots.

I think an aerial view of where crowds are gathering would be an invaluable real-time tactical advantage. My great-great-grandfather was a police Captain during the New York Draft riots in 1863, the few hundred lightly armed police were badly over matched by thousands of rioters, though they managed to somewhat limit their fury. After three days, Union troops fresh from Gettysburg arrived and fired indiscriminately into the crowds. The streets cleared. It was about this time the Bishop Carroll noticed that something was going on, and asked the faithful to be a little more discrete in their looting. Thus Bishop Carroll ended the New York draft riots.

ACLU is about 93% for the destroyers of our culture and commonality. This is what makes it so extraordinary when they hit that 7% or so.

Rioting, shooting at people, looting and arson, that sounds like enemy activity. I’d think that the FBI was not doing its job if it wasn’t keeping an eye on what was going on in Ferguson and Baltimore.

Some of the same types of people as the rioters were invited to Iran to hep the enemy, the BLM rioters across the nation encourage & support cop-killers, so yes, they are the enemy. They are preaching nothing short of sedition.
But did they do anything to stop the looting?
When I was a young kid palling around with friends in 1950 on Amsterdam avenue in the (90th street area.There were some sporatic looting going on and the local Policman told us ,” we would be shot if we were pwrt of the looting”. Needless I never took part in any looting.

You couldn’t be more incorrect. This is military tech developed for use in Iraq. It is very sophisticated and I’m appalled it is being used here.
My advice, don't riot.
Somehow I don’t have an issue with this under the circumstances.
