Conservative powerhouse Rush Limbaugh let loose on liberals and GOP establishment types critical of Republican presidential candidates Ben Carson and Donald Trump. On his website, Limbaugh said, “I don’t care what you think of Donald Trump’s personality. Frankly, it’s none of your damn business,†he said.
“You go do what he’s done and then tell him he’s worthless. Go do what Ben Carson’s done and then tell him and tell the rest of us that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, or any of the others up there on that debate stage,†he added. Limbaugh remarks come as the popularity of these two outsiders have risen among Republican voters but not among many in the mainstream media or the GOP establishment.
Limbaugh identified why voters were attracted to Carson and Trump and it happens to be the very reasons why Republicans in Washington have an aversion to the presidential hopefuls. Here’s what those people don’t like about these men: They say what they mean and they don’t back down when the media has a conniption fit about it.
Trump has been straightforward about illegal immigration, the Muslim refugee crisis, the minimum wage and taxes — and the public loves what he has to say. Similarly, Carson refused to back down from remarks about a Muslim in the White House that offended the left and the mainstream media — but made every right-thinking American cheer.
Limbaugh nailed it on this one — when any critics of these two men can accomplish what they’ve accomplished, maybe they will have room to talk. But until then, they should just do everyone a favor and be quiet.

Carson and Trump are comfortable in their skin and are fearless.

I can’t. I would never speak with Al Sharpton, praise him or have Farakahn supporters in my presence much less advising me. Nor would I ever tell people in cities they could not have guns.

If the primaries were held now, I would most liely vote for Cruz. But I”m also very impressed with Dr. Carson, he and Trump have a very important place in this process.

I’m glad Rush is backing these guys but remind me how this differs from the ‘96 debates and Alan Keyes? Back when Rush would go ballistic if anyone breached his 10 point Kook test!
I think Carson has some issues especially immigration and illegals and he needs to have his feet held to the fire. We’ll see.
And don’t forget Carson saying the Ferguson cop should have called for backup rather than protect his own life.
I am all Trump all the time. I don’t know about Cruz after the Corker Iran bill , never sat right with me. Don’t know about Carson yet.

I am with you about Carson. Great respect for his accomplishments in medicine. Politics, not so much. First choice, Trump, 2nd, Cruz.
People are determined to pretend he did not do and say what he has. Just like Romney. Mitch and Jonbon. that way they can feel good about moving the country left with their vote for a leftist.
He has been bashing Kasich as once a real conservative who is no longer but running as he has the same beliefs in 1994.
I used to think he was a good man. Then I did more reading.
