In his 1999 book, Dr. Ben Carson wrote that our nations history on racial injustices made it impossible for the black community to think of the judicial system in anything but racial terms and that white Americans were only able to view racial violence in a modern context.
In his book, The Big Picture, released by Zondervan, Carson argued white Americans had no grasp on the history of racial violence in this country. Carson wrote of a time his mother was thrown in jail for a minor traffic violation as an example of personal history of the racial injustice in criminal justice system.

Carson has had a change of heart. You know, like Reagan and Trump. What’s the big deal?
Typical white people.
In other words, they will pick off those they feel as the "low hanging fruit," then only Trump is left at the top of the heap, so when they to out for the kill, no conservative (social and Christians) will have a candidate to go to besides JEB or Rubio, possibly Huckabee! W let that car out of the bag when he went out after Cruz. He and the other establishment, see Cruz as perhaps a larger threat to their power (read JEB) so W's sh*tty barbs against Cruz, while saying nothing against Obama nor Hillary.
Once the establishment realized Trump was going to be lots harder and more resilient and hurling insults at him only make him more attractive to the "base," they've had to adjust their game plan. Once money began to be going off to Carson and him rising in their carefully placed poll numbers, he became enough of a force to be reckoned with, the long knives will be placed in him!
Carson's not my guy for any number of reasons, some of which are his varied statements but many people are such ardent supporters once he stood side by side at the Prayer Breakfast, and spoke truth to power, so he must be taken by another facet of the same establishment power!
I'm seeing lots of parallels between Carson's smackdown and another minority candidate off the "reservation," named Hermann Cain! The GOP establishment wants minorities kept dependent on big government hand outs just as much as liberal establishment types do, they just would rather those minorities be dependent on their big government but either way, they also have a vested interest in not allowing those who look to government for their daily sustainence, just like they don't want to close the borders to keep illegals coming to flood our jobs and way of life, never see themselves as in charge of their own lives.
That is what has so many people scared, alarmed and mad. They have finally realized that it's both party establishments that must not let ordinary Americans choose their own destiny. Both party establishment have signed on to One World Order (which Bush I let out of the bag in 1989, when the Berlin Wall came downstairs!)
If you think we're a threat to the establishment power brokers, large numbers of minorities demanding to be left alone to raise themselves up and no longer leaning on the "leaders" who are willing to take from us to hand out to the have nots to keep them looking to the establishment to keep it coming, are a Tsunami to their power!
Don’t look like dirt to me. None of this is deniable or not true.
His excessive blinking bothered me, then when I saw his surgery documentaries he did the same, its just like some twitch. Don’t think its anything psychological, but add in his Sharpton closeness, his 2nd Amendment hesitancy, his early life violence and his elbow rubbing with Nelson Mandela and he’s showing me too many wrong signs.
Its possible if not probable the GOPe-bots are playing footy with the Iowa polls to muddy up the water.
I would imagine the "deal" is if the change of heart is changed in the wrong direction.
I agree with you. Dr. Carson is not what he seems at all imo, and also appears to be medicated in his speech.
Whatever, he scares me more than any of the other candidates running this year, including the Democrats.
Carson is just another 0bama, but he’s put an R after his name. Unfortunately, far far too many white people on the republican side are desperate to vote for a black guy, and no matter how much racial BS he spouts, they’ll vote for him.
I hate to be the one to tell you, but I think you're mistaken about that.
In 1999 when Carson said it, Clinton was president, so that was before the official first half black president we have now.
And besides, back then, pretty much everybody knew that Bill Clinton was the official First Black President, so you're right about that history stuff he's talking about.
I am not surprised that some liberal and racial factors are starting to show as to Carson. His latest cozy and buddy remarks concerning Sharpton takes him off my list as a desirable presidential person.
Indeed. We so propagandize just the opposite of the truth that most blacks and many, if not most, whites believe falsehoods—such as white on black violence even coming close to, let alone eclipsing, the black on white violence that is a reality.
On this issue, I feel very sorry for the police.
And we also don't currently, as the RATagandists will report neither black-on-black nor black-on-white crime.
Why?
Because he's black? Because he just joined the Republican party? Because he thinks white people are stupid and don't have a grasp? Because he wants to take your Glock away from you unless you live way out in the country? Because he attacked his other with a hammer?
I wonder why Sharpton has white hands in that picture. Just curious.
White folks never grasp the real history of Racial violence until the hospital staff is able to get the swelling off the brain Ben. Look into it.
.....my cousins were arrested....."
Oh, great, that's all we need...another racial minority in the White House with big chips on his shoulder.

Remember Colin Powell. He masked as a conservative for as long as it was convenient for his career. Then the mask came off.
Black people who say that are racists for stereotyping whites.
Funny, I think the same of Trump, IMO with his interface with Clinton and Obama coupled with his previous affiliation with the Democrat Party ... I have very deep doubts about Trump's alleged conservatism!
Go watch Ben Carson on stage with Al Sharpton at Al’s National Action Network event back in April of THIS YEAR. That he would appear at an Al Shapton event tells me all I need to know.
