This looks like a 'rage-quit'. She had no comment on going, and happened on the day Russia essentially has launched a brand new regional war in the ME.
She's served three SecDefs. She constitutes the sum-total of the brains in the building with respect to Russia. Now she's gone.
This is news, taken together with everything else that's going on today.
Doubt it was coincidental.
Putin ordered Obama to jump and Obama asked how high. I can understand a rage-quit. Now lets see if she backs it up with words on his cowardice.
Surprised she stayed this long.
She got a call from Trump? She was a Republican when Obama nabbed her.
Why is she waiting a month?
Yushchenko, hero of Ukraines Orange Revolution warns Europe that Putin wont stop at Crimea
by Matthew Schofield - McClatchy Foreign Staff

Many Ukrainians believe you need look no further than the face of Viktor Yushchenko to understand Russias aggression against Ukraine.
Once smooth and ruggedly handsome, it still bears the scars from an assassination attempt when someone slipped dioxin into Yushchenkos food. ...

Yushchenko: Russia blocking poisoning probe
by Bonnie Malkin and agencies, September 12, 2007
"Mr Yushchenko, a pro-European politician who wanted to bring his country [The Ukraine] out of Russia's shadow, fell seriously ill on September 6, 2004 as he was competing in presidential elections against a pro-Moscow candidate, Viktor Yanukovich, now [2007] prime minister.
After months of tests in an Austrian clinic, it was determined that he had ingested a massive amount of the poison dioxin.
Although he survived, his face was left bloated and pockmarked, and he has had to undergo regular treatment to rid his body of the toxin.
In an interview with Le Figaro he said he believed the dioxin used to disfigure him was made in a Russian lab.
Mr Yushchenko did not directly accuse the Russian government of being behind his poisoning, but he did say he had 'practically put all the pieces together' and the attempt against him 'was not a private action'. ..."

Russia is building a military base along the Ukrainian border, signaling its preparing for long-term support of the pro-Russian separatists fighting for Ukraine. The massive base - scheduled for completion in April - will house ammunition depots and barracks for several thousand soldiers, and will be used to train soldiers, reported Reuters. The Reuters reporter investigating the new base was temporarily detained and accused of being a Ukrainian spy. Russian officials didn't respond to Reuters questions about the purpose of the base and whether it's connected to the fight for Ukraine. ..."

Russia Plans Second Big Military Base Near Ukrainian Border
Reuters, via freebeacon.com ^ | September 23, 2015 | Anton Zverev
BOGUCHAR, Russia (Reuters) Russia is planning a second major military base near the border with Ukraine, where NATO accuses Russian troops of helping pro-Moscow separatists fight Kievs forces.
The new base will house 5,000 soldiers and heavy weaponry, according to public documents and people working at the site.
It is further east than one under construction in Belgorod region reported by Reuters earlier this month but still close to the border with separatist-held parts of Ukraines eastern Luhansk region, where there has been heavy fighting.
The bases are part of a Russian military buildup along a new line of confrontation with the West, running from the Black Sea in the south to the Baltic in the north, which carries echoes of the Cold War-era Iron Curtain.
Russia has also increased its military presence in Syria.

Obama runs everything out of the NSC in the White House. All other Fedgov Departments are window dressing on FP.
Guess Mitt Romney was RIGHT!
"Rat, meet sinking ship...."
Maybe she will show up after a while in Moscow with a very nice cushy job.
She probably saw it as trying to control as much chaos as she could.
Now that the Middle East is going postal, she simply couldn’t take it anymore.
Obama has thoroughly screwed that situation up.
And if she hurriedly decides to relocate a few hundred miles away from Washington, DC, one may wish to take note.
And how about Europe? They’re in the process of being over-run by Mulim men of fighting age.
I would do the same thing if I was in the shoes of Putin.
And we have “freepers” cheering on the Russian poisoners.
So you are in favor of Russia retaking its former Eastern European states, on the pretense that Russia is there to fight Islamic terrorism? Meanwhile, they are tightly allied with the world's largest state sponsor of islamo-terrorism, Iran?
Are you aware that, according to the Obama-Putin Iran deal, the US would have to defend Iran against Israel should they decide to attack Iran's nuke facilities.

Trump: Iran Deal Requires U.S. Protecting Iran in Event of Israeli Strike
by Jacob Kornbluh
Sept 2, 2015
In a phone interview with CNN Tuesday evening, Trump claimed that theres something in the Iran deal that people dont understand saying if someone attacks Iran, we have to come to their defense.
Does that include Israel? Trump asked. And most people say yes, they dont have an exclusion for Israel. So if Israel attacks Iran, according to that deal, I believe, the way it reads, unless they have a codicil or they have something to it, that we have to fight with Iran against Israel. ..."
Trump was most probably referring to language highlighted by the opponents of the deal. On page 142, the deal includes a clause that states, Co-operation through training and workshops to strengthen Irans ability to protect against, and respond to nuclear security threats, including sabotage, as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems.
Washington-based Center for Security Policy asserted that Annex III appears to commit the United States and other world powers to the defense of Irans nuclear program.

Most I'm sure just don't know or understand much about how Russia operates. Others are definitely pro-Russia shills, paid or otherwise. They may not necessarily be getting their instructions from Russia, but they still nevertheless support Russia's expansionist agenda (Middle East, Eastern Europe, other places eventually).
The Barry & Kerry show doesn't care one whit. In fact, they'll barely notice. Barry is the most brilliant mind to ever occupy the Oval Office; he has no need of supposed "experts."
Females and emasculated males raised by single mom feminists (0dunga) destroyed America. It’s time to clean house!
It does not seem coincidental. I pray we don’t have a major war break out because of the evil-stupid combo in the White Hut.
