Well stated. I completed my annual mandatory Information Assurance training last week. It is astounding the number of laws she has willfully violated.
So we are left to take the word of someone who (1) acted recklessly in the first place and (2) when confronted with the seriousness of her reckless acts then deleted any material which could corroborate her story. Under these circumstances, anyone who takes her word for it is a fool.

Anybody who deals in a significant way with national security-related intelligence has been briefed on the highly sensitive nature — more sensitive that simple “top secret” — of our geospatial data-gathering operations. There’s no dodge or spin in the world that can realistically excuse her behavior.
Due to her job/function, most anything an SoS would write would likely be classified. And if not in one specific detail, will easily ‘aggregate’ to be classified.
Well, maybe not Yoga or Wedding, so much, but even that gives peoples’ schedules, exposing them to terrorists/attacks.
She should be in jail right now awaiting trial. She admitted she had the thumb drives and gave them to her Attorney. Whether classified or not that is illegal. Secondly, they were released to the FBI which confirms she gave them to the lawyer. Start the trial and build the gallows for this witch.

..... I hate to burst everybody's bubbles here ...... But the statement made by Hillary Clinton as worded in the title of this article is true. These emails may not have been marked as "Classified." They were marked as "TS/SI/TK/NF" but not "Classified." Hillary is a Clinton just like Slick Willie ..... and like her husband you need to parse every word that is said.
She in her job would have generated much classified information and would be responsible for marking and proper handling procedures, unless she is totally incompetent should have not been in the job in the first place.
