If she can’t distinguish material that is classified, whether it is make or not, she has no business being Secretary of State, much less POTUS. State Department is in charge of Export Controls, both arms and information. She is playing EVERYONE for a fool.
Seems as though Hill thought the SoS job was a do nothing position; wedding planning, yoga excerises, world’s best bars, money scams.
How could anyone conduct affairs of state without reading and transmitting classified documents?

1. xxxxxxx@clintonemail.com If it was/is on the server, she is responsible. No matter WHO sent it. She established a non-secure server and had government employees, including herself, use it for official government business. The server scandal is all hers. She is responsible for ANY email that was sent on that system.
2. Government appointees, employees and contractors are all responsible for the information, whether it is marked or not. I’ve had training on that. “Oh, I didn’t know” is not an excuse. She was the SecState. If she couldn’t recognize secret/top secret/SCI information, she shouldn’t have held the office.
3. Hillary Clinton clearly intended to violate the Federal Records Act. She NEVER intended to comply with it. Contrary to the spin coming out, no one could give her permission to use a private email system for official government business. A law would have to be passed by Congress to do that.
4. Being a former First Lady and INTIMATELY familiar with clearing/sending documents to a presidential library, Hillary Clinton is completely familiar with the ins and outs of the requirements of the Federal Records Act. She knew EXACTLY what she was required to do.
