The new revelation that Hillary Clintons private server was made blank in June 2013 but nonetheless stored at a data center in New Jersey raises a slew of new questions about the former secretary of states handling of her emails.
The attorney for Platte River Networks, the Denver-based cybersecurity company Clinton hired shortly after leaving office to handle the server, says that she does not know why the hardware would have been stored in a New Jersey data center if it was blank.
The server that was turned over to the FBI voluntarily yesterday to our knowledge has no information on it, the attorney, Barbara Wells, told The Daily Caller in a brief phone interview.
On Wednesday, after Platte River Networks gave the server to the FBI, Wells told The Washington Post that the information from it had been migrated over to a different server for purposes of transition in June 2013.
That revelation is significant because until now, most observers have assumed that Clinton wiped her server clean sometime after October, when the State Department sent a letter requesting that she hand over all of her emails. Clintons attorney, David Kendall, informed the House Select Committee on Benghazi in late March that the server had been wiped clean.
But the new claim that the server has been useless for more than two years indicates that when Clinton finally did produce her emails in December 55,000 pages worth they were drawn from a different device. . .

Remember, she was a babe in thw woods on he Watergate Hearings. She knows all about perjury and obstruction of justice
What I find interesting in the Hillary email investigation is that there’s little talk of backup tapes or drives. Having worked in the IT industry, geeks are all about keeping archived data. You never know when someone is going to ask for a record of sale or other important data because of a law suit.
Also, email servers are not independent machines sitting off in a corner by themselves. They’re networked, obviously, and the exchange of data is also recorded on other email servers. Somewhere there might be an incoming POP3 email server with a classified Clinton email message on it (but of course, not all of her emails).
Server has a serial number and warranty registration with the manufacturer. Of course, that might be just the outside shell now.
No new questions. This whole thing was planned to a T by Hillary. She figures we're stupid. She had the server cleaned once she left office. She sent it to the company to get it off her property. She knew this would blow up and that they would eventually get the server. They get it from the company, it's blank, Hillary figures the whole mess goes away, over a year before the election.
Oh, I agree with you a hundred percent but I can’t prove it except with logic. And liberals have no logic bone.
The big takeway from this article is that it is now an incontrovertible fact that there are TWO servers.
One is the original server, which was wiped shortly after June 2013 by Platte River and stored in a data facility in NJ.
Platte River admits that whatever was on this original server was transitioned by them to another server—the whereabouts of which no one knows.
Platte River is not saying they wiped the original server—they transferred the data elsewhere.
The question is—where?
Obviously there is a second server in another location—otherwise how do you produce 30,000 emails—can’t do it from thin air.
How do you delete another 30,000 emails—can;t do it from thin air.
Hillary, et al, is relying on the press to completely muddy the waters and misdirect people for enough time for this to become “old news”—a standard Clinton tactic.
You have to follow the dots.
Platte River has now given the FBI another trail to be investigated.
A negative inference ruling is always preferable to actual evidence.
If it is 'Blank', then where are these stories of her having Top Secret documents coming from?
You and I both KNOW financing and domain registration is connected to the Clinton Foundation.
Which means that H! engaged in private fundraising from foreign entities over this same server. Will Gowdy have the spine to say “Game. Set. MATCH!”
They are going to learn more information from the thumb drives than the server
Hope there is information on the origin of these emails contained there so they can track down the real source.
Absolutely. Podesta probably handled the details to make sure the audit trails all run into a wall.
I wonder that as well.
However to (most) every email there are two or more parties.
They can piece together what emails she received with the cooperation of those who sent her emails.
There seems to be a continuing stream of revelations about what she had, so I'm beginning to wonder where these are coming from and are they accurate? The lastest of these revalations [I've seen] was that she had discussions about intelligence data from drones.

I think you pretty much nailed it.
Along with a boat load of brand new equipment, ISIS also had first class intelligence info when they made their move into Iraq.

You can produce the 30,000 emails from any computer running the Outlook software that was connected to that account on the Exchange server. The email is synced down to the client so the user can read it when not online, but also lives on the server. That is where PST files reside. Exchange doesn’t use PST files.
CLOUD PROVIDER ? Is it all saved to Cloud? Hittlery is NOT a “small business” that the first hint on how secure her server was
Jim, if Maggie posts this can it be kept in a prominent place for an extended time
Our best bet is to get the emails from the Chinese when the Chinese are sure Hillary and her team are out...
