Donald Trump ratcheted up his feud with Fox News host Megyn Kelly over her role as moderator on Thursday nights Republican debate, telling CNNs Don Lemon he has no respect for her and thinks shes highly overrated."
"What is it with you and Megyn Kelly? Lemon asked Trump, who had spent most of the past 24 hours slamming Fox News and Kelly on social media and in TV interviews. "She gets out and starts asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions, Trump told Lemon. "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever.
Trump also called Kelly a "lightweight" and went on to claim he wasnt alone in his disapproval of Kellys debate-night demeanor, and that a source at Fox News told him they had been inundated with a record number of negative letters from angry viewers.
Trumps biggest enemy his himself. Being anti-PC is one thing. This is just being crass.
Have you in your life *ever* heard any politician in the last 30 years question the intentions of the press? Have you ever in the last 30 years heard any politician spin the press rather then having the press spin them? Like him or not Trump has figured out that the press is NOT his friend. Most conservatives have NOT figured that out or if they have they tread so lightly and are so deferential lest the mean old media report negatively on them. Not Trump. They go negative on him, he goes negative on them and makes no bones about it.
You HAVE to respect that.
Megyn Kelly’s questions were legitimate and she was asking him if he was attacked how he could defend against charges he was part of the “war on women” - not like those things wouldn’t have come up and aren’t in the DNC / Hillary opposition research files. If he is getting this upset over her asking these questions in a single debate he would have completely imploded if they first came up later in a barrage of millions of dollars worth of campaign ads from the DNC / Hillary camps.
He’s not coming across as particularly tough skinned in how he has reacted to this.
It was not the question itself. Did you see the debate. The problem was the manner in which she asked it. She was intending to assassinate him.
I’m not a Trump “supporter,” but I don’t see anybody in the group from last night, except Trump, who would be mean enough to deal with the Democrat opposition without weaseling. Maybe Cruz, but he doesn’t have experience marshaling forces to executive action.
OMG I LOVE these two!!!!! Just hysterical LOL!!!!!!
The Trump haters and perpetual offended will be offended. The rest will care less.
Pray America is waking
...” she asked him tough questions”...
No she didn’t....
Need people be reminded these were **Presidential Candidates** of the USA? ...... Kelly’s question to Trump had nothing to do with the issues this country faces let alone show the respect all of these candidates have earned by making it this far...........she showed herself to be a sexist twit with the brain of the moron to even go along with this assault......I give her no room....none.
Again, this should not be a surprise. He has ALWAYS been thin-skinned. Just look through his Twitter history - it is littered with childish, personal insults directed at people who have said negative things about him. Someone earlier in the thread referred to him as a "serious" man -- that couldn't be further from the truth.

So outraged RINOs are concluding Trump said she was on the rag? Didn’t sound that way to me
Wouldn’t that have gotten things started up? “Aahhh, she was raggin’ it.” Nice catch there, Don!
That is hilarious.
The leftists in Big Media are absolute whores for the demonicrat party. It’s long past time for statesmen to call them out on it.
Trump has gotten the public energized about this primary even if they don’t like him at all. Tens of millions of people got to see all of the other candidates. Even that daytime debate had significant viewership especially for its timeslot where he wasn’t even participating. So even though some of us think he’s full of baloney (in the political sense), I’m still very grateful for what’s he’s done. He’s also gotten things discussed that may not have been discussed as in depth as they were. He’s essentially playing the role of the “bad cop” to keep everyone thinking even if they would never consider supporting him.
LMAO!!!!!!! I love them!!! Too funny!!!
Sure.
So while housewifes, fathers, teenagers and other respectible types are lapping up liberal bildge from all forms of media and schooling - social media should not be used to communicate the truth of America’s real promise and history.
Makes sense.
Let’s let the left control social media and dominate the minds of all Americans.
That sounds like a f’n great plan Ape!!
If anyone checks my posting history, I'm quite opinionated and don't mince words. My record here on this forum shows unwavering support for Governor Sarah Palin, Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Louis Gohmert -- all unabashed pro-God, pro-life and pro-gun Conservatives.
Until this post, I haven't commented one way or another about Donald Trump and am still withholding my judgment on the man. For me, there's not a sufficient body of evidence to draw an airtight, truly informed conclusion about Trump. Sure, I really like what's he's saying and his brashness certainly does have an appeal. But like Michael Alan Weiner (Savage), there's a part of me that wonders about his true convictions. For those older members of Free Republic, I wonder if there's an "Uncle Don" moment ahead. For those of middle-age, might we see a Lonesome Rhodes "man behind the mask" from Trump? And for the young set, is there a "Baba Booey!" exclamation upcoming from the man?
Just how genuine is both his faith in God (a very important, actually the utmost, metric by which I measure a candidate) and his Conservatism? I honestly don't know and I hope to be enlightened by the cognoscenti (a polysyllabic synonym for FReepers) here.
That was a hoot!
How presidential. *eye roll*
Did Fox go after him? Absolutely.
Does Fox want Jebby? Absolutely.
Should Fox but totally and completely shunned? Absolutely.
Is Trump a clown not fit to run for dog catcher? Absolutely.
