Didn’t sound that way to me either - especially when he repeated the euphemism “blood coming out of his eyes” regarding Chris Wallace just a minute or so later in the same interview.
The second usage completely changes the light the “outraged RINOs” are trying to render Trump's words in -- but the RINOs seem to be intent upon unexisting that FACT and repeating their lie with Goebbelesque disregard for the truth.
